- In this video, I'll guide you through the process of installing Lseat leather covers on a Porsche 986 Boxster! I wanted to make a step by step guide for installing for the Porsche community because so many videos have helped me mod/fix/enjoy my Boxster! I found these LSeat covers to be an excellent replacement for my 25 year old factory leather seats.

Thank you for the video. Super helpful. One tip for others is when you reassembling the bottom of the seat, in the video he struggles but I found it easier to let it all sit in the sun to heat up. Then to attach the front part, stand the seat bottom with the front down so it it vertical and lean on it to squeeze the foam. Makes it so much easier to fold over the molding to make it set properly.

The bars in the seat are called stays and they are attached with hog rings. On disassembly you cut the hog rings. With the plastic stay you may not even need the metal stay, but those are then clipped back into place with fresh hog rings to pull the creases tight.
Yeah @nekkark that definitely sounds like the proper way from the factory, but I found that this way gave plenty of hold as well! Thanks for the watch!
Do lseat covers have good oxygen levels / temperature / particle size for salmon eggs
