Great very helpful! I was thinking of using a different approach for this: a. Use Fractal Noise, and increase the Vertical Scale to create the vertical line look b. Use Turbulent Displacement to curl it and transform it with Evolution so the displacment is always animating c. Use Colorama to add colors to the result so far. What do you say? Also this was super helpful Nikhil. I love all of your videos and learn so much from each and every one of them. For instance, I loved how you used the Vertical Displacement from Turbulent Displacement to create this fluidy effect. I really appreciate you very much my friend! Tussi great ho paaji!
@@intmoha8 No problem Mohammed. Colorama, has an Input Phase where you can specify how to look at pixels of a layer, and the Output phase where you specify what color values to apply to the very pixels Colorama has looked at. Therefore, through the Input phase you specify what criteria to use to look at the pixels of the layer, and through the Output phase you specify what color values to the pixels seen through this criteria. For example, if you select 'Intensity' in Get Phase from, Colorama will now look at the Intensity (Luminosity of every pixel - you know from HSL -Hue, Saturation, Luminosity) values of every pixel. Now in the output cycle, if you leave the Preset selected to none, then you will see a gradient color wheel with 6 colors in it - red, green, blue, cyan and magenta and yellow. All pixels with 0% Intensity will get red color (and I believe all pixels with 100% intensity will also get red color or the color closest to Red). All pixels with 50% intensity will have the cyan color value. Does this make sense? Therefore, I was just suggesting that one could use the Colarama effect to color grade the layer
@@rahuldeshpande9997 oh thx, i didnt understand why it had so many settings but now it kinda makes sense, i will have to play with it a bit to fully understand it. thank you a lot
really like the tutorial, very easy. Finding out the hard way that if you don't follow exactly where he moves the points that you'll get something totally different.
