I don’t think the president would have any problems signing an executive order, but that doesn’t not guarantee anything permanent. An executive order could be challenged by another president etc. I guess he is looking to do something that would be more permanent, instead of creating a temporal relieve.
There are millions of people living in US, more decades, working hard and paying taxes without any recognition and treated unfairly, I think is time for these immigrants to get their status, they already pay their price to stuck in US without going back to their country and able to come back, while there are others that apparently come legally and get all the benefits without contributing to the IS economy or even paying taxes

Immigrants paying into social security with their ITIN numbers from IRS but can't get any benefits from it. So they want to keep things that way. Use immigrants tax money to help fund their social security for their people and poor immigrants have nothing to get when they can no longer work. Usury.

It's simple. They introduced this for votes in November. It's a rather nice gesture, but it wreaks of desperation, and they're gonna have to do more. A substantial base of potential voters awaits them if they can process siblings in 7 months. Something they should have been doing for years now.

It’s sad that the democrats are trying to portray that they are doing something in this regard, especially since an election is on the horizon. So us citizens, who are aware of the terrible situations our undocumented brothers and sisters are facing, should go out and vote for them based off of false promises, no way, I’ll keep my vote unless I see something concrete that produces a result.
I am one of the recipients of the TPS card and I am waiting for the happy news with patience, and I always pray to God that I get a green card so that I can meet with my family. Knowing that I am in the United States of six years
I feel this Amnesty should cover DACA too. After all, they isolated DACA and essential workers to be given first while forgetting others. They should have a proposal to cover everybody instead of breaking it up to favor a part and not the other.
This covers most of them , what you are asking will never happen! If they can't do anything for DACA you think they will do something for all? Please , either all or none is not the solution but the ones that have been here for decades deserve a chance !

I lost my father on the 7th of this month. I have been living illegally in this beautiful country for 24 years, when I spoke with my father on the phone, he was constantly telling me to come back now, we missed you so much. Now I ask myself, did I love this land where I lived illegally more than my father, but I couldn't go to them?
Is not that but look how they trick all illegals in thinking this year is the year and the years go ! Those that are educated and powerful keep us with fake hope and empty spoon . This is the worst because we are good people and there is no threat to them
