My problem with this is that USCIS has a limited number of adjudicators, and now they have to focus on the PIP applications instead of the applications that have been previously submitted. The processing time for my wife's case has gone from 22 months last January to 28 months as of yesterday. The whole system is SCREWED!

Actually you wanted to go faster, go to your local county and get a certification. You've never been arrested and also do your medical exam as well as your biometrics. Get all of that in place. Plenty of family pictures showing your real family

What if you enter with fiancée visa last 2007 and married didn’t work out. Then 5 yrs later got remarried, current husband can’t petition have 2 kids. Have removal processing and individual hearing next June. Is the PAROLE IN PLACE APPLY?

Did they send you that notification about using your previous biometrics after it says actively reviewing your case?
