I deleted all cats, mufflers and installed stainless steel straight pipes; what a sound it makes, a bit loud maybe, I like it and that's what counts.

Thanks for this video. Will help me install set on my '95. I thought you were going to make your first cut on the longest marked section, just in case. You cut the shortest. Must have measured correctly. And nice leveling job. I wonder if I could mount the clamps with the nuts pointed toward the engine for a cleaner look. Not that it is THAT noticeable anyway.

I now have rotated my clamps to where the nuts are on top of the pipe now. Thanks for the comment and view.

We installed headers, cut out the cats, resonator, and mufflers. Basically straight pipes from the collector to the tips. It's too loud now, gotta put some sort of muffler back on it

Measured the pipe and held one up to the other, and marked it.

I had to put mufflers back on my c4 after the cat needed liberating. It was godawful loud with an empty cat.

There just a one time payment in VA. Not sure about cheaper. How many years is a antique in year area?

@@tinkeringjoeVA In NC, have to be 30 years old and some other hoops to jump through to get it. I was thinking of doing something to my stock C4 exhaust system. At 25 years old they only have to pass safety inspect here, not emissions anymore thankfully. But EPA is cracking on exhausts. IDK, maybe I should gut the cats ? Thanks for your video.
