So you can fish on the rocks like that right behind someone's house? Do they typically get upset? I see a lot of vids around lakes where home owners lose their minds!
I have talked to the owners of this house before one time when they were down by the beach part and they told me that they don`t mind if I fish off of the rocks, and they also told me that because their property line ends right before them, they technically can`t legally kick me off, lol.
Snook? Only in certain regions of Florida you are allowed to and you would need to catch one in a Snook season and they would have to be in the slot size (28"-33" in the Gulf and 28"-32" in the Atlantic)
@@jimmyttay Haha, ya just got to go catch then in an area of florida where you can keep them and fish for them at a time of year where there season is open
Wow, I never thought about using a jack for snook bait. Cool.
Oh yeah man, it's a good way to weed out any smaller ones from eating your bait.
Hey, got a chance to talk to you today while you pulled in a trophy snook. Good luck with your channel
Thanks man!
I'll be there at Siesta Key June 4-11 this year for the first time. Bringing my kayak to do some fishing and really hope I get a few snook.
I'm fising in Siesta key next week - any recommendations? Where's that spot? How do catch the Jack for bait?
Great video
You're having a blast and that's all you can ask for. Keep it up
Spot looks familiar u think I've been there, where is it?
Thanks, this spot is on the North tip of Siesta Key beach. The closest beach access to this spot is beach access 2.
did you walk in the water or on top of the rocks to get to that side where u where fishing?
In the water, the tide is right the sand wraps around the side
Is this part of siesta public? On maps it looks like there are houses on the rock part
My philosophy is to just stay down in the rocks where you aren't really disturbing anyone.
Do you live near this spot?
Hey man are you aloud to fish right infornt of those houses where you were. Or do they just not care
Yeah I don't really think they care, never once had anyone speak to me while fishing. I think as long as you stay down in those rocks your fine.
@@Fishing_With_Essex ok thanks man I'm heading down In March and trying to find some new places for shore fishing on the golf side
I am looking for a good spot for fishing in satasota , please give the address?
