Underwhelmed, like so many rich people generic interiors. I like the outside the most, palm trees, pool big enough to go kayaking in, & courtyard with lump zones. I hope Dr. Phil got a kick back.

My buddy lives next door so I’m there all the time. The house is actually really nice. Even though it’s right next to the street, it’s secluded enough that you won’t notice. Hoping she’s a better neighbor than JPP. Fun fact: Arianna Grande once lived in the same neighborhood growing up.

I believe she lived out by jog road by Royal Palm Polo signature Club.. I've seen her around going to the Beach Club I live by the beach maybe 10 minutes away
3/5 is fair but this home seems underwhelming on the interior based off the amount spent. The outdoor amenities are really nice but given it’s in Boca I probably would t want to spend that kind of money to live there. But prices in South Florida are bad all around I would definitely not have done an all cash down here bubble will pop and she’ll lose a bunch of equity. But I guess that’s a different loss than being upside down on a mortgage.

The guest house . her main bedroom and bathroom and the 1 acre of land Is what I like the most. He paid 2 million but did millions in reinvention after he bought the property. The road behind the house is the only thing I don't like but I'm sure traffic noise isn't that bad
I forgot to check if it’s a gated neighborhood but that street didn’t seem like it

I'm not really an expert but if I was a practical nouveau riche I'd try to offset some costs of my lifestyle.
@@romanikkoralph1553 property taxes a still high in Boca but nothing like South Beach or Golden Beach for example. The problem is our insurance policies are now calculated off both land and property value so it can be a money drain annually no matter how you split it unless you really want it to be a homestead. (With the south being Hurricane Prone you want good comprehensive wind and water policies).
Upside no State Taxes only Federal in Florida.
