I think the snark on this thread (mine included) is more because Florida is a hurricane byword, managing to get hit by A-J some years, and no creditable long term forecasts see that as being a temporary trend. It’s not that Florida doesn’t have some lovely houses. But you might not be leaving the sea level ones to any grandkids.
