18:26 It's been awhile since I watched the Final Destination series, but I reckon the 2 that survived in the 2nd movie, were revealed to have died pretty horribly in a later movie, kinda like how Devon Sawa's character in the 1st movie, was already dead in the 2nd movie

This is a year late, but I think the director's of Final Destination 3, said that the news clipping in the bonus feature of the choose their fate storyline on DVD, that stated the two characters died in a wood chipping accident was actually not canon to the franchise so they are still alive unless they contradict that with further iterations of the franchise.

Wouldn't change much, everything that happened at the end are possibilities most people considered beforehand and the last 20 mins wouldn't include the final battle so you'd still end with the best part of the movie.

I know it’s over but would you rather clean the Sawyers home over a long weekend in a heatwave - no air con like one fan for the entire home, - after a heavy week of killing - you can’t be killed and they aren’t there like they went on holiday or spend a long weekend helping jigsaw assemble all his traps while he talks non stop about his methods you can’t tell him to shut up you have to listen as it’s your test personally I’d rather clean I don’t mind it and it would be way more rewarding 😂

The reason Death waited so long in the first film was because he was waiting for all three of them to finally be back together so he could try to take them all out together; obviously he failed that time but its something Death does in every film to the last survivors except for FD 2 :)

Fun Fact, the script didn’t get leaked the producers gave the actors scripts with phony endings when they would ask for the scrip, they always intended for Mikey to be Mrs.Loomis’ accomplice. One of the fake endings got leaked where Derek and Halie were the killers.
Theres actually an alternate timeline ending for the final 2 survivors of Final Destination 2. It's not considered canon but on the DVD for Final Destination 3 you can see a newspaper article about how they both died in another freak accident which ended with them both getting pulled into a wood chipper.
I think it's not considered canon because it would totally negate the rule they established in that movie. But since the 3rd movie is where the series started to get really ridiculous I think that's why they added it in.
I think the people that made it said it was cannon after all. I could be wrong but now I'm wondering if James is going to cover the theatrical FD3 or the Choose Your Adventure style one on the dvd release since some of the deaths are different.

When I was looking up the thing about the F2 survivors it said it was an alternate timeline. I don't know I guess I personally prefer to see 1, 2 and 5 as canon and 3 and 4 as just funny almost parodies

If I had to choose between following SAMF Jeff and Riggs on their journey I’d probably pick Jeff because I’d be less likely to die.
Assuming I’m kind of just there, other than Straum shooting Jeff at the end of 4, Jeff was in no real position to die at any point. Riggs though had the chick strapped into the trap by her hair who tried to kill him. Also when he failed he got killed by Hoffman and Hoffman would probably kill me in order to prevent any witnesses.

It wasn't a deleted scene. It was from the special features choose your own adventure game version of the film. When the movie normally ends, there's a small option to look at this newspaper that says it was some kind of wood chipper accident. I don't know if that's canon though since you can also save Frankie and he just ends up in jail.
