Loved the movie! Understood everything that was going on and scared the shit out of me that it was true but hey we need to know! Stay prayed up everyone 🙏🏽
The fact that the scene with the Telsa's just happened in Chicago is beyond crazy. Smthng is definitely coming 😩
I loved this movie. It was brilliantly done. 😍🥰
Loved the movie! Hope to see a sequel soon.
Real life adaptation coming OUR way very shortly.
@@AaronBallisticyep sleepy joe making sure it’s gonna happen
The script is sooooo good. I can't take my eyes of it. So hard to come by thesedays, a very well doen script and filming. Pls create more films like this.
Need part 2
I haven't seen an excellent movie in a while... thanks Netflix for financing genius minds!
I need a part 2 for sure
Life as you know it is the prequel
Watching at x1.25 speed made it so much better
THANK YOU
I really loved the movie even knowing there wont be a second part to it but Netflix might actually give us one if it really succesful.
If you didn’t understand this film and the ending, I feel very sorry for you. Godspeed.
I think this movie is extremely rhought provoking and that is the whole deal of this movie. There is so much going on in this movie. If you just feel like you want a movie like let's say "The Godfather" that shows you everything as you watch, this movie is not for you. I saw it yesterday and I am still thinking about it. I am thinking about the characters for sure. So I intend to watch it again and pay closer attention to the subtle issues it brings up. Important to note these subtle issues are not actually subtle. They are the "world" right now and that is hard to take. So if you are looking for "entertainment", this movie is not for you. I would give it a "5" just for the reasons I mentioned above.
I loved it! Sam Esmail is such a great director. Been a fan since Mr. Robot.
In mister robot also nothing happend, so I gues youre a big fan of boring.
@@Ricardo8388lmao I haven’t even seen this movie, but to say nothing happened in Mr robot is wild to me. Can you tell me what shows (even if just recently, or in general) you actually enjoyed?
@@Deadrum one of the best series i recently watched was 1883. Amazing storytelling, amazing acting everything about that serie was top. If you havent watched it.. You should.
Oww this date reminded me about the movie 1917 that movie was class.
the only good thing was the movie didn’t do flashbacks like almost every movie does these days.
Its actually a good spin off to the movie "How it Ends" (2018).
people who don’t like this movie were obviously hoping to watch something surface level that will tell them the “plot” directly which this film won’t do for you, there’s a lot of messages and symbolism in this film and requires you to critically think a little which most people don’t want to do
Is this Safdie bros Dad?
Was the cocktail that GH made a negroni or a sazeeac?
I liked the movie. I loved Julia Roberts from Nottinghill and Ethan Hawke from Dead poets society. I feel really anxious from time to time and mistrustful or even hateful of others sometimes. However, I think it is true that people only have each other. I used to focus my life around activities and being productive, but I think part of the reason I'm so anxious sometimes is because I should have been focusing on cultivating good relationships with others. I also thought that I'm such a blockhead for not caring at all about the news or climate change or anything other than my needs and feelings. If an apocalypes did happen, I think I would deserve it.😢 I empathize with the kid for watching Friends even in the time of crisis, because I've been doing the same thing- I felt like it was the only escape from the real world sometimes. Real world gets a little repetitive, stressful and boring and I understand her for trying to find her happiness outside the reality.
u mean julia roberts from pretty woman and ethan hawke from training day sounds a bit more right
the part 2 will be the real thing.the end is coming!
Yes, generated by the Obamas too! The end of our free Republic! Communism is on its way, thanks to the Criminal Liberal Progressive Socialist Communist Democrats and Establishment, organized in part by the Obamas. 😝
I think the tone missed the target by a few inches, too rushed to tell the story......should have let the story fess up..
Loved Mr Robot, but this is a far cry from that. Basically don't trust Netflix output, it's all propaganda propaganda propaganda.
Especially anything produced by the Obamas, like this!
sis wanted tv lmao
Also, this movie is like a troll to waste 2 hrs of ur time (watching regular speed) IF there is no second part.
It build suspense so much, you are waiting for a solution in the story line and it just ends up being lalalala friends theme song bye trolls, gotchaaaaa, April fools! 🙃😉
I didn't like it as much. It's like the whole film was a slow exposition of the first act. With no real payoff. The movie ends with what would have began another film or at most introduced the second act. At least in more standard writing structure. This style can work. Unbreakable did this really well. This film did not. Just my opinion. There wasn't enough to keep one interested for 2 hours of what normally would be accomplished in 15-30 minutes. It was almost like a trick. I would've been irate if I had paid to see this in a theater.
agree
As someone who knew exactly what the movie was explaining bc I have been researching the blackout for months bf….. it was perfect!
Are we missing the fact that the guy summed this up for the accomplishment of a good watch in the theatre - who watches Netflix owned movies in a theatre! - you’re missing the point - the movie is straight to the point - family issues - rather than the city - ugh
No disrespect - but maybe ask questions to questions is not a crime yk
same. Everyone hated the ending I’m guessing, and if I would’ve PAID, I definitely would’ve been pissed.
You forgot to finish making the movie
Good movie though, good actors, intense pictures....is it a warning? Saw many messages in it...But the thought of " mankind is the problem of the world " is just evil... well, God is still in control...
Alam is such a white guy.
It definitely made me mad. 😡
I’m sorry but the ending sucked big time not because we expect a happy ending but friends and family that came to watch it our movie theater room kept asking for part 2 because it looked unfinished, just a bismo for all of us👎
I would rather leave this movie behind and leave the world behind
This movie had 7 interesting scenes. All together they are only about 15-20 minutes long. The rest was pretty boring. Way to superficial!
what a crap film... just horrible
The kids following Julia Roberts character's potty mouth F this and F that was really annoying and distracting. And so unnecessary.
Eh...not great
Shame. Shame on all of you.
What a lousy show, no plot no ending no explaination
What was all the slavery references for by these two none Black persons? It would be like these two making a movie and putting Holocaust references throughout the movie. Like the year the Holocaust started, or the name of certain concentration camps, or a name of a particular gas chamber, or a large picture in the livng room of a faded projection of nazi soldiers alongside the Juuwz who were being persecuted. This was all up & through this movie referencing Black American slavery by two none Black individuals. People are always telling us to move on but then you have fruits like the writer here
Obama...
Obamas produced it. Nuff said. 🙄
Hot expensive garbage. We need people who know how to make movies again. The acting was fine, but the story needed alot of work and some guts from the director
