Although there are some signs of Burton’s later vocal problems during this show, you just can’t deny his dedication to this delivery at 24:39 - 24:44. Technique be damned, there’s just something about it. Gives me goosebumps.

Is that Fulber on keys? Also something has to be said about Burtons vocal style. I understand it gets praised here because he sounds this good. The thing is nowadays people focus entirely on technique but honestly I respect someone that just goes with the feeling such as Burton much more than a perfect technical vocalist. The fact that he is willing to put his own longevity over a performance (knowingly or not) just speaks volumes to me.
As far as I'm aware Fulber performed with FF once or twice (or maybe I'm delusional and it never happened).
