bro, the thing with u is that unlike other youtubers who, when you look at their oldest videos lack any kind of confidence, energy and charisma, you as a relatively new guy on the block has had it all from the very start. It impossible that you wont grow its just up to the algorithm now. anyway carry on doing what your doing.

I'll be honest that is alot of oil for me, so i used an OXO fat separator to remove most of the oil. I'll use that when i make my next batch of curry paste, fill an icecube tray let it freeze, double bag it to make quick curry sauce as an when i want. Also when i made this last night i used passat rather than fresh tomato's as the local supermarkets tomatos are not worth the money being force ripened.
Thanks for the recipe, it was way better than the last take away i had, even made my soso homemade naan bread to mop up the sauce. take care, God bless one and all.

    • @whatinthechef

No haha the madras powder is just a curry powder. It’s just called a madras powder but the blend is just a curry powder.
The previous vid is a madras because the main difference with a madras is you add more chilli powder and a splash of lemon juice in the end, you can add madras curry powder to that recipe too. Hopefully that helps.
