- When we go to the movies, we expect to be sucked into the illusion of the film. If the special effects are cheesy and unsophisticated, they pull us out of the illusion and we'll go to the box office and demand our money back.
And yet, we are all living in an incredible illusion, the special effects are flawless, and the experience is so good that we forget entirely that it is all just a show. We have a narrator in our mind, we are the star of our own movie, and sometimes it's a comedy and sometimes it's a tragedy. But it is always well-written, perfectly acted, and beautifully produced.
In today's UA-cam video, I share some ways we can sneak behind the curtain, go behind the scenes, and see what's beyond the screen. When we expand our awareness to the theater of life, nothing seems so serious, nothing is so stressful, and we can just sit back and enjoy the show. Here's how we can do exactly that.

You know Todd I have spent plenty of time behind the veil as you put it feeling the beauty of the natural physical world and feeling the unseen energies of the non physical world and it has led to me feeling rawer and rawer in the face of all of the greed, destruction, the abuses. I can feel the fear of our fish, animals, plants , the land as we mow it all down. The oneness steadies me in the face of that but bypassing the horrors humans are doing to each other and the planet so I can bliss out by a mountain stream is not what I see the spiritual demands for humans to step into. Oneness means that we feel the pain and the horror of that child trafficked for sex with wealthy men or the Chinese factory workers dying of cancer from the fumes from all the technology they are producing just as much as the bliss of watching the hawk move across the sky or the sunlight on the water. And if we feel that genuinely we want to act in some way to change that..because that child is us..that fish eating our plastic is us. This time in human history is about living from oneness for change so children can grow up free with enough food no war... oneness is interresponsibility for a future or are we all just going to keep on spinning round the same old karmic loops ?
Life feels very stressful lately and i have been consumed by this negative energy. I am generally a very positive person but i can feel this anxiety resonating in my body that has been very disturbing to me.
I can notice how my energy effects those around me and the disconnection seems to grow. It feels very tricky to break from this feeling and turn my energy around. I hope soon i can find joy and calmness again...
Stay in the NOW with I Am.

Hey Todd, i'm struggling for the last 8 years with massive health problems. And they are all different. Problem in the head, aneurism, problem in the eyes, i have a gland disfunction, so I cant cry properly or even work at PC's,.
I've discounted everything in the gym , with a lot of physical exercise, So I could be healthy and strong, but I've overdone it and now have a physycal body problem...
It seems you can't win fighting. You can't put up a fight with life. We have to surrender.

So we should never be afraid of the events good or bad occuring in our life and focus on be in the present moment surrender to it completely without projecting ourselve in our thoughts.
Todd, Please, don't take this the wrong way, but as hard as it might have been for you, I'm glad you lost nearly all material goods, and survived, so you could undertake a greater role in helping Humanity through this Evolution which seems so turbulent to so many of us at this particular time in history. I'm in complete resonance with this message. Thank you Todd. I feel like this energy is magnified right now. By bringing our ideas it into form we can create the experience of them with our senses. We can explore what we can become. The simplest and most challenging question is, "What do we want now?" With all that we have created, we have an opportunity now to create something that embodies our highest vision for ourselves and thus, humanity as a whole. But, what is it? What is the vision?

This was really helpful in the struggle that I face right now.
I enjoy listening to you. Your views fall in line with near death experiencers. But I really have trouble consistently tapping into any of it. I've been fairly mentally ill since the age of 13....going on 41 now. The pain has been anywhere from mild to severe daily. I'd say most of those years has been at least moderate and 95% of those days I've wished I never existed. I've tried multiple therapies and meditations and none of it really gets close to a cure. I've basically resigned myself to this is here for good like cancer and it's never going to be that great of a life. I also feel like how you treat people has a ripple effect and I do ok there but my inner turmoil might be making the world worse. I know traveling and drinking coffee etc or eating any kind of meat causes great suffering - and so I'm overwhelmed with the thought that I'm a waste of space. I may go to the netherlands for assisted down the road. It is what it is. Wanted to share because its the truth for millions like me
Have you tried hypnotherapy? Also microdose ketamine or emdr therapy? ❤ hypnotherapy helped me tremendously
@@colettespencer3357 tried hypnotherapy. nothing from it. Ketamine, TMS, 10 different therapists. Shrooms but I may do more. Going to get to ayuhuasca at some point because it might be the one thing that digs deep enough
