Dimash’s generation is done with the past history of wars due to bad politics, he among too few artists are resisting by using their talent to turn the tide. Dimash chose her to duet with specifically because she can sing with an operatic way. He kept calling her little sister because she is a few years younger than him.

Fantastic reaction!!! There was a behind the scenes showing how this duet came to be. Huang Xiaoyun was given the song and randomly picked Duet, then was allowed to pick who she sang with, and she picked Dimash. He seemed thrilled!!! So then it showed how she had to help him with the Chinese lyrics in very little time. Dimash really does learn quickly. And then they showed the finished product, and it is a duet I never thought I needed until I heard it. I'm so hooked on it now, and was hoping you would do a reaction--thank you for this!!!

It was about a woman (true story) who was born with a spinal disease. she wasn't expected to live past 4 yrs old. she's now 20, mostly on ventilator and bad shape BUT she writes poems every day and the one they sing is one of them. They don't have lyrics but I googled it so you can too (it won't let me copy/paste them for you). Also, at the end of the song, she recites part of the poem. In the whole show, she also calls and thanks them. It's a beautiful song. Gong raps in it (which she's never done before) because when she sings it with someone else, they do the rapping so she had to here. The words to that are also in the lyrics you look up. This was a beautiful piece by both of them and so well blended together. Just loved it. The second duet with Gong Linna was also something very special and meant a lot to Dimash. The story behind the song is extremely moving and Dimash spoke about it after the song on how important it was for them as singers to highlight the struggles of others.
