Name Ideas: Financial District - (Direction in relation to future downtown) + port, example: Southport - Coffer Island University - _____ Community College (Name could either be based on the walkable community nearby or the name of the overall region) - _____ Preparatory University, both this name and the Community College name would allow you to possibly have an actual proper full university in the future without conflicting too much with this one Walkable Community - Riverside - Newport Area Surrounding Stock Exchange - Oldport - Banker’s Row

What about instead of Canary wharf use an Australian reference like , Parrot place or Cockatoo Island, or Pelican Provincial or Bin Chicken banking........ lol. Great series digger.
