- Here is a really simple Aerial Sling Cross Leg Flow breaking down in 4 steps:
HOLD, TURN, SIT, & MERMAID.

It's simple and fun flow for aerial dancers to practice turning and spinning with the body. Make sure you practice with safety mats and a spotter. Don't forget to practice both sides.

What kind of fabric is best to use and can you show how to install it?
