Mine was terribly slow. I decided to return it.

how would i fix my turntable being out of tune? i took on and off the platter but the problem still persists
It’s probably the speed of the player itself, look up how to change the belt speed online. I did that for my AT-LP60X
What if the ribbon is not on it
Try to use something else to replace the ribbon, cut up a ziplock bag, tape folded over on its self, fabric, and other things to act as the ribbon
