Jim Wilmoth hope that means new music and other classics. I read the recent interview with Trevor Rabin explaining why they haven't played shoot high aim low despite him saying last year they would. I don't really agree that it wouldn't fit in with the flow of their setlist. It's just that this year is almost identical to last year, so I'm not too upset about not being able to afford tickets. No doubt once that album of new music is released, they will be touring yet again to support it. By then they will be sounding so tight, Trevor will be able to play all the effects on guitar. Especially SHAL. The twanging licks in that song are mezmorizing- on record and even more live!
Is this a "How many YES reunion tours are there now?" question? Do I have to see ALL of them or just the ones with surviving members? It's kinda gruesome to think someone is profiting on the "see them before someone else dies" theory. I saw them 3 times with Anderson, White, Howe and Squire (in varying configurations during the 70s and 80s) and I don't think seeing them again is going to be just as satisfying. It's like the third act of "This Is Spinal Tap" when they broke up.
Awaken has always been Jon's absolute favorite. Probably coudln't bear the idea that the other group has been playing it, and that ARW wouldn't get a shot at doing a more epic version of it. Endless Dream would have seemed almost a no brainer for this band though -- almost hard to believe they didn't jump on that.
I always felt this was Rabin era Yes’s version of And You And I. I love this tune and feel Talk is a vastly underrated album. Just my worthless opinion 😁
Very nice song, the pioneer of progressive rock legend

Do you know what band/who warmed up for them here?? This leg of the tour? Thx
No opening act
.
Boy was I disappointed that they chose to do Awaken instead of Endless Dream on this tour.
Difficult to choose. Both are a masterpiece
Endless Dream would have been sun with Rick.
Endless Dream would have been amazing.
If they had played Awaken more album like YES. But this version of the song is HUGE, great version, I hope they keep it in the set.
