Great video. One thing I find interesting is that Jerome, Wally and Greg had been dancing with Prince since the Purple Rain Tour during Baby I'm A Star. Then the next summer I saw them again in the Parade Tour. Prince despite his name was the king of keeping people in the cut

I’m not sure about all the old-school Prince fans, especially the more super fan level you know deep purple Concorde, deep Concorde prince fans, but I have never had any time caught wind of heard anything ever from anyone about the game boys being part of the sign of the Times era. There’s not even like a photograph a hint of a blurry snippet of a performance from a freeze frame of a VHS. I mean it’s almost like a UFO! You know it’s like extraordinary what does Carl Sagan say?! Extraordinary claims something what was it? No Mr. Tony, really? I mean I have never heard of. I can’t even imagine it I can’t even and I’m pretty good about reliving or re-creating. I could make a quick prince concert in my head and I just can’t even imagine it seems so counter to what prince was doing. I can only say well maybe for the love sexy maybe because you were in the glam slam video and right? And we saw them in that mad house 13 video OK? Who am I was like cool they there they are but I’m sorry it’s difficult this information!
Something about Tony's timeline is kinda off, it seems like he is mixing the Parade era with the SOTT era...
I agree, seems like he's talking about the Parade tour as he's mentioning Jerome as well (the Cat reference is probably a mistake as Michael brings her up)

Thanks Michael and Tony, love your stories. When you were at rehearsals, the ones you talked about for SOTT, were you on payroll? It sounds like a lot of people were in the room. And I agree with The One, we want to see the footage ESTATE.
Mike - separate subject:Is that you at the MJ Hollywood Walk of Fame (or whatever they call it) back in the mid-80s? The world gets small very quick.

What's great about Prince was that he didn't let up when it came to opportunities. If its not time. He didn't do a thing. It was the right timing when he worked with the guys. Back in 1987 having those Dancers on tour with Prince would've been to much. Cat was enough. I didn't miss any other people Dancing on stage other than Prince and Cat. Sheila E. was also there. It was enough. Prince was right. The 90s was the perfect timing to introduce the guys.

I wanted to like this dude during the Diamonds and Pearls era, but there was just something about him I couldn't stand. And I still don't like him.
