Hilarious moment two turkeys chase a terrified young boy - Daily Mail

A boy's tobogganing session went awry after he found himself being chased by two wild turkeys. A hilarious video from America shows the child desperately running away from the large birds. Filmed from a car pulling up near a snow-covered garden, the spectators can be heard killing themselves laughing at the ridiculous spectacle. But eventually the child, Alan, makes it to the vehicle in one piece. Turkeys have been known to be aggressive towards humans and chase them, but it is said the best defense is to be bold towards them to establish that you are higher in the pecking order than they are.

Did the parents really lock him out at the end? If you listen carefully before he says "open the door", there was a click, it was probably the phone, but why would they lock him out on purpose.

I do agree, but though I do feel sorry for the boy as well. His parents (if those were his parents) probably he knew he was going to be alright (I truly doubt they did it to be callous, he was not in any serious danger), maybe the turkeys came around often, but I do not know, something about the video does look all set up. Notice how the people in the car started laughing even before we see the two turkeys chase the kid.
Birds also chased me when I was young, my mother had two geese, and when I was four-six years, one of the geese chased me around so often, I do not remember how my mother reacted to it, since I was so young, but I learned to laugh about it later on. This was from a few years ago, and I doubt it caused any genuine family strife, but point being, though it was not funny then, I doubt his parents did it to be cruel, I truly believe that. I wish I could directly ask though, but they will probably say what I am saying.
