Man I got a 2014 AWD eco-BOOM turbo FLEX (3rd one). Man I love it so much. It drifts in the snow like perfectly balanced. 3 rows of seats it eats up nearly ALL vehicles. Such a sleeper.
I love the SHO. They are awesome cars. I am torn between a SHO and a flex with the ecoboost and awd. Thanks for sharing man. These cars are slept on I think.

I have a second gen 5spd and it would be awesome to do this to mine, but I'm also scared of blowing up that rare engine so imma just keep her naturally aspirated😅
@@cccboarding first and second gen were famous for the Yamaha V6 which could hold 700+hp with just upgraded pistons. Third gen had an unreliable V8, and the fourth gen (one in the video) were alright if you tune them right
I remember hearing that the weak point was going to be PTU and trans in the end. Do you know of any updates on these parts that will make them more livable at the higher power numbers that is developing. If you answer in the video sorry just started watching.
@@AutoRacingYT thanks I have a 14 sho that is currently hurt on motor so stock tuned waiting on those parts to become a thing before deciding to build a SHO that is not living on a prayer can’t wait for the day there is a trans PTU solution it is an awesome platform -that
@@DK-421 the info I found was that it’d be a waste of money and require a lot of custom pieces for a transmission that will probably snap from the torque unless reinforced. Which left me sad, and I read that in more than one Sho forum, though it was all older posts. Maybe someone’s done it by now and proved them wrong

Nice setup under the hood, dont care for the "hood stack".. Personally I wouldve made this a true sleeper.. But its not my car! Still enjoyed the video!!!!

It does lag more. It's more unique than anything else. It needs some cams to really work well but nobody makes them so far
