    准备汤汁香料:
    虾米 10 g
    红葱 2 粒
    南姜 小块
    生姜 小块
    蒜头 2 粒
    香茅 2支
    红番薯 1 粒
    高汤
    咖喱粉 辣椒粉
    豆酱


    生抽
    甜酱油
    其他材料:
    黄面
    豆腐
    青椒
    芽菜
    全熟蛋
    Ingredients (Diana Aw)
    1. Sweet potato 150~200g remove skin and cut slice. Steam for 15min till soft. Blend together with 200g stock
    2. Lemongrass 2pcs smashed
    3. Curry powder 2tbsp
    4. Chilli powder 1tbsp
    5. Water appropriate amount
    6. Tofu 2pcs cut small pieces
    7. Stock 400g
    8. Green chilli cut slices
    9. Calamansi 5pcs cut half
    10. Hard boiled egg 2pcs cut half
    11. Bean sprouts
    12. Yellow noodle
    13. Bean paste 1tbsp
    14. Potato starch solution
    Blend the following spices
    1. Red onion x2 pcs cut slices
    2. Garlic 3pcs
    3. Ginger small piece
    4. Galangal small piece
    5. Dried shrimp 10g soak till soft
    6. Little water
    Seasoning
    1. Salt 1tsp
    2. Sugar 2tbsp
    3. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
    4. Sweet dark sauce 1tbsp
    Method
    1. Combine the curry powder, chilli powder and water in a bowl
    2. Fry the tofu till golden brown. Set aside
    3. Add 6tbsp oil in the pot, stir fry the blended spices till fragrant. Add in lemongrass and stir. Add Curry n chilli powder mix and bean paste and mix well. Add in sweet potato paste and stock and mix well
    4. Add seasoning and bring to boil
    5. Add potato starch solution while stirring
    6. Blanch the bean sprouts followed by noodles and arrange in a bowl
    7. Add in egg, tofu, green chilli and calamansi
    8. Serve and enjoy! 💕

    I love mee rebus. For those who can't eat green chilli, green bell pepper is ideal for the color. I like mix beehoon yellow noodle (thin)

    I sincerely enjoy your channel, with the way you spend very little time talking and droning away about what you’re doing, unlike many on other channels do. I also am grateful that you do not have too loud background music that can be obnoxious and distracting. How you cook is fast, neat, and extremely easy to follow, and i appreciate the editing of your videos. I understand how others request English subtitles. I, on the other hand, am grateful that I had studied Mandarin since I was 4 years old in kindergarten, right until I went to pre-university in Singapore, and continued here at university in the US. The language had stuck with me, and i am thoroughly enjoying brushing up on the language through your channel, since I barely have the opportunity to hear it outside of UA-cam videos. Keep up with the excellent work, Mr Hong.

      New York don't have mee rebus.... but mee Jawa do exist .... most Malaysian restaurant are selling it. 😀😀😀

    Hi Chef! I'm from Manila, Philippines. This dish similar with our PALABOK but in diffrent process. Tried this from KK Malaysia but when I ask the recipe, they use fish stock instead of Chicken stock. They also added minced fish meat in the sauce.
