Summit always crashes out, did he make some good points? Yes but is it fair on OTT not really. OTT literally grinds his RP out he wasn’t really handed out anything besides the opportunity to be buisness partner with Mr. K. Summit will be ok he always does this with every game. 😂

OTT does have a lot of money, and that's fine if he's willing to spend the money to create more RP with it.
The purpose of the pixel money is to use it and exchange it for RP/content, like starting a business that creates RP/content for others but might run at a loss, or making fun events.
I think WuChang used to run at a loss and Mr K used to fund it with his own money, but like 30+ people were directly involved, and the whole city would attend the events.

It amazes me summit is able to keep doing these OOC rants. Summit has a huge audience, ranting on smaller streamers is so week and easy. Last week he accused monkeyman is cheater, without proof! The amount is negativity was thrown on monkeyman is crazy. It's bizar there seems to be no consequences for summit. Maximus' reaction shows character, but I'm afraid the next player isn't that strong.

Summit has been bitching non stop about everything for months now. It’s not just GTA RP. Dude needs to take a long break from not just streaming but gaming in general.
Man I wish OTT could see our comments and to not take Summits rants personal. Summit is getting old and cranky. I am a LONG time Summit viewer and his rant was so unhinged it was embarrassing. The RP world has changed and has attracted REALLY good players and Summit just cant seem to come to grips with the fact that he is not top dog. He made some points about crime and reward yes but to attack OTT was wrong. Summit also has a gambling demon and that demon came out. Keep doing what you are doing, we will deal with our boy Jaryd. Even if we all have to get banned to try and get through to him.

Any job that actually requires you to rp and creates more rp for others should pay more in my opinion. Economy is only messed up because of times and fines. Doj is to soft on the server. They need to up fines and then maybe give the same times but if you get caught on parole you get screwed hard with times and fines, that way crims actually have something to fear instead of just getting out of jail and then immediately buying a gun and committing crime

Don’t blame OTT, blame Prodigies economy. Complain about 4.0, they were doing a better job of handling the economy although I don’t necessarily agree with some of the ways they went about it.

A select few who have been grinding real estate (not the listings, you get like 5k a house and 3 houses a day where you’re lucky if you’re the one who takes the winning bid, I’m talking buying and reselling houses) are making a lot of money, which also happened in Nopixel 4.0.

It’s just classic summit. Dude played SWTOR for a bit, I don’t think he even got far into the story; but he jumped into PvP and got dogged on so hard because he didn’t take time to learn the game, gather PvP gear and such. He does the same with every other game.

The problem with summit reacting like this is not only does he not know the context of why someone had money, he does nothing to make money himself. His complaints like this just creates problems for others. Monekyman is still dealing with people each and every day of people accusing him of cheating, all because hes better at racing than summit.

The problem was the tourney needed set rules of when the binds would be raised. When Summit and ZB were way up they kept talking about raising the binds which should've happened they didn't in order to keep OTT and K in the game longer. OTT also kept convincing Ramee to not raise it everytime he brought it up while playing extremely passive to stay in the game longer then he should've. If they have another tourney there needs to be a set time rule of when binds will increase or not to prevent it from happening.
Everyone knew that game was gonna be a shit show with Ramee running it. Dude thought “the flop” was called “the river” lol.
But yeah you’re right there needs to be set blinds, but it’s also on Summit to not say anything there. If you wanna give people a better chance at staying in then don’t cry when they end up beating you.
I get summit being irritated about this dude winning the poker match because he turned a card he needed on the river....it suck. He lost to badluck and OTT won to good luck. Sucks ...but it is what it is. Summit needs to just let it go. The guy won, it sucks how it happened. Its just GTA money. Don't start talking person jabs at him thats not related to poker. Does he not do jobs with anyone else? Cause he only does like 2-3 jobs a week with K, and the money from those jobs has always been negligible. It wasn’t until recently that PDM gave a good payout, but Summit hasn’t hit it with him in a while. I guarantee you if you counted up all of the money from jobs he’s done with K it wouldn’t even break 20k lol.
I dunno why Summit cares so much about money, anyway. What’s he gonna do with it? Flex on people? He didn’t even pay to enter the tournament, either. He was sponsored by Nash. So he didn’t lose anything.

I think part of summits argument was the fact realtors wake up and just get paid minimum around 10k, just because they listed 3 houses for sale the day before, legit 0 RP involved, just click a few buttons on your tablet and wake up next day with free 10-15k minimum. The fact of this means realtors just have an easier time bank rolling for more money, it's a snowball effect. OTT makes a good point that you can low ball houses, but realtors were able to do it from a much earlier stage then probably 90% of the server, even if you look back to when it was just K, OTT and Nash as realtors, the houses were few, but because the houses were few, people bid higher, so they earned even more money via commission. Basically, being a realtor was a win-win situation regardless, they earned too much via commission at the start, and now they have enough money to bid on 2-3 properties to flip them. Meanwhile, your average Andy, is sitting 6-7 hours power washing etc.
Also, let's not forget that crim's get paid in ROLLS or BILLS, so they also need to spend time cleaning the money and let's be honest, the crime pays pretty shit, and the cleaning makes it even shitter. Realtors get paid cold hard cash straight up (which I know make sense since being a realtor is a civ job) Honestly what they should have implemented is that a realtor cannot participate in crime, or they can participate in crime but if caught their realtor licence is revoked.
Well that’s where I stop you because earlier on you are able to buy a house with credit and then sell it while still paying off the loan. Therefore being able to snow ball even without being a realtor

And that's if they either sell the rolls for dirt cheap like 50$ per just to get rid of them. If they want to grind at a strip club for 2 hours, then maybe 6-7k? And if they want to zoomer for 5 hours, then probably around 8k. This is not accounting for the downtime in cleaning (AND THE COP CHASES), where they are basically making 0 money just to clean their original haul. Meanwhile, realtors do what?
I am not agreeing or disagreeing with anyone, OTT had some good points and so did Summit. I am simply pointing out the clear obvious that realtors have an easier life, actually you don't even need to do any realtor RP, just post the houses and go to sleep and wake up the next day with free 20k clean cash. And hey, if you do want to spend 1 hour selling houses, you can get the winning bid on all your houses, plus other houses and wake up to 50k pay check. It's a completely fucked system.
@@AmaiaCrystal you missed the point completely. (I’ll use my self as a example just so I can explain it easier). If bid on a house 100k I only need to use 20k down payment. If I am able to sell it for 140k I will now have 140k in the bank while still paying the loan for 16 weeks. Now I have money to keep buying and re-selling like ott is doing.
Other examples peaches (ott’s assistant) has 200k in the bank following ott’s strat. And ott never pays him. Peaches started off with Dutch London’s. Buying them for 40K and selling them for around 55/60k. And now he’s doing forum apartments
