I don’t think people appreciate how good Felix really is. Super impressed with the progression
you should colab with gladiator tennnis
He has
Why
He doesn't deserve it
@@user-if2ho8lp1dwhat makes you say that? Him and grisha are of a similar level. Felix has an atp single point and grisha does not. Felix has a bigger following, and they already have collaborated previously.
@@jackbond5915 maybe he meant grischa dont deserve it 😛
I like your play style against Joshua, looks like you told yourself "it is not over until it is really over"✌. good for you. Hope you go into the futures tournaments with the same mentality. Hound those points, and bring the trophy home. 👍
Definetly agree
Some great tennis there Felix. Unlucky in your last match as it was very close and your opponent looked quality.
Keep grinding Felix as you are close to a tournament win or deep run I feel👍
Really impressed by how much your backhand has improved, when I first started watching , you just shoveled them back on that side and hit winners with the forehand, great stuff.
Loving the grind. Keep it up Felix! With incredible patience and hard work, comes bigger rewards and longevity.
Cheers!
M
I really enjoy watching you play... I'm loving your backhand down the line!!! Great shot! Good luck in the tourney!!! :)
Thanks for the upload Felix, it's so great to see your progress - the constant grind and consistent positive messaging in your videos paired with the harsh realities of playing competitive tennis - it's very inspiring. - also, quick question - is that ball tracking device in the second match from Swing Vision?, I'd be curious to know if you use that and how you apply it's metrics to your training. I'm just starting to use it with my son, an up and coming 12 yr old training in Egypt. Cheers!
you make these videos super entertaining to watch! such good quality tennis as well
Beatiful tennis you are playing Felix! This migth look silly but i'm actually proud of you, been following you since 2020 if i'm not wrong, you are so close to ATP keep this pace friend!
Greetings from Argentina!
Bancando a Félix desde Argentinaaaaa
I agree he's doing good and the progress is visible over the past few months, but he's (for now) nowhere near the ATP. He needs to win consistently on the ITF Tour, than progress to the Challenger Tour and after winning a few challengers, he will be on the ATP Tour. It's a long way, but he'll do it!
@@leumas0412 Challenger are ATP tournaments, he's close to Challenge level and without a doubt he has technical level for that already, he needs to improve in consistency nothing more than anything, his playing style is beautiful, physical attacking and always forward to the net when the chance is presented, that's how tennis should be played and Felix is improving really fast for someone that started taking tennis seriously at 16/17
Beautiful.
I think you don't see the enormous gap between ITF tournaments and Challengers. Felix has won ONE match in the main draw of an M25 and was able to qualify to the main draw only three times. When he begins to reach later stages of ITF events, he can think about playing QUALIFYING of a Challenger event. And from there, it is obviously a very difficult road to the main draw.
I agree that Felix's technique is very clean, but imo he needs to improve his depth of shots and consistency. His neutral shots don't create many opportunities, and he basically waits for the opponent to make a short ball by his own mistake. Besides, his serve is not really a weapon, he usually needs to grind out the points in long and exhausting rallies. That's definitely not a way to win matches at Challenger level, where the game is much faster as well.@@franciscogoni1248
good luck in your future tournaments you got all my support
Thanks for putting up the swing vision hud. Really nice addition to the video.
Keep up the good work man! LETS GO!🎉🎉🎉
Felix you’re doing very well on the consistent weekly uploads, well done!!!
I feel like you’ve improve so much in the last year….its insane…even faster, more explosive, more solide in your choices and small details…wow good job….your footwork, small step and speed is getting insane hahaha
you looked great in these highlights man keep it up 🔥
Great job on the upload this week (today)!!!!
always lights up my day when felix uploads
the second game was crazy!!! really good improvement too bad about the ending keep it up :)
I would like to know how many hours you spend editing these kinds of videos ? I am trying to edit my tennis videos as well, and it takes me a lot of effort. Every single video from you has high quality! Great Job ✌️🎾
Great battle, this Alexander guy was really solid
Fantastic volley winners Felix!
Keep going, good job!
Watching the highlights your forehand is a great weapon and your backhand down line is good. Serve is one of the most important shots in tennis. I don't know if you show aces or unreturned serves in the video but it can make life easier holding serve and free points with an accurate fast serve
incredible sliding, Felix. Playing brilliantly
One thing Felix, when coming in to the net, you were, from what I could see there, going to his forehand quite a few times. He had a good backhand, but forehand was stronger. Also towards the end of the tie-break, you went to his stronger side quite a but there. All round though, great effort.
The depth in today's tennis is incredible. Good run altogether, let's see the same in the 15k !
Progression is visible, congratz man
That back hand is absolutely lethal mate
Nice nice. Looking great!
Amazing games keep working hard 👏
what is the app for showing where the ball is landing on the court and letting you know the spin & speed?
Your backhand has gotten amazinf
wish you the best of luck in the future 🎉🎉
What song is at 8:30 playing in the bachgroudn?
it is so impressive how good Felix is at such a young age.
Well done buddy
Felix you’re the most consistent UA-camr ever!!!!
Great to see you being a number 1 seed... and very unlucky to lose..
badluck bro gl this week in tunisia
Felix, that was just a point or two here or there. I'm sure you know, your level was very close, if you HAD got through, you probably had the level to win the final as well. Never mind. Take the learnings from that match, build, and get stronger.
I really love your tennis
More videos!!!!!!!!!!!!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪high utr no cap go felix!!!!!!!!....!!!!!
What is the name of the app on the screen
Great video!! I think Felix has the right attitude to achieve his goals💚🤝
Does anyone know how he records his videos on the court?
Appreciate any help
how does the line adjudicating / judging work where there is no chair ump? like in the context of this match too? ofc you call the ball on your side, but how are disputes handled?
Curious too, couldnt find and answer
Hey buddy what can I do to change my mindset? I get too negative, I down myself all the time,I get super tight , I get angry and end up losing against easy opponents .
Jeeeeezzz. Were the balls replaced every 3 games? Crushed flat.
8:00 he hit a one handed backhand
That backhand is a laser 😅
You should also try playing in 15. And 25 k events in india. Change of pace will get you out of the losing habit. Build up some confidence. In the mean time develop some winner shots. Hone your strategy. Then go back to the crowded circuit. It will help Felix. Do it for a short couple of tournaments.
Aah Felix you should have won this semifinals match. Started off a bit nonchalant and finished off too pushy I'm afraid.
I would like you to be more patient. Build the points, put the ball deep. It will discourage opponents.
And serve, it's a game-winning shot.
Let's gooooo
You were great, hard luck.
That was a decent rally
felix tough loss! especially i think that your improvement on backand side are evident. the serve needs to be more incisive, as you can see by this video your opponent put in some aces in crucial momenta
have you considered playing college tennis? you've beaten a few college players and i feel like scouts would see that with some interest.
I Loved this video but I have a question. I have just started playing tennis (a month or so) and I am eleven and I am worried if I have enough time to become as good as you/others. what advice would you have? You are truly inspirational!
The hard truth is unless you're playing almost every day (with proper coaching) it will be very difficult to get to Felix's level. However if you do make use of the time on court that you do have, you will still be able to reach a strong level
I have been playing tennis for 5 years and im 11 and my advice is that, if you are trying to become like felix I recommend to kinda watch more videos on tennis technique and strategy and kinda stop playing games(i know its hard but its self discipline) and play everyday and play really confident with the coach, if u can then you should play 2 times a day(2 hours every session) if u want to become like felix fast since you are new, and also join tournaments, thats all my advice!
@@travisk9897 thanks for the advice

Hey Felix. Can you do a hardcourt sliding tutorial?
Hey man I’m a young tennis player have you got any tips for me?
Hey Felix, just in this video you can see you used the slice a lot, my coach always tells that slicing is like wasting a forehand opportunity, sometimes. Maybe you should take the advice too, but who am I to know I’m not the one with an atp point.
Hey can anyone tell me the app he uses to show the court and the kind of serve and basically acts like a referee?
swingvision
What a match against Joshua
Nice video
Come on felix!
How to get to this atp tour?
What does c number one mean
Play a full set vs Grisha from gladiators tennis
The similarity to Alcaraz on the backhand is amazing! Technique looks virtually the same.
I really think somethingg that's not being addressed/utilised enough is hitting topspin on the run, clearly one of the more fit players and it seems like you're getting to alot of defensive balls, but cost yourself the point by slicing them, if you could work on being able to put those deep consistently with relatively little setup time the opponent in the final match is not gonna be able to command points as easily. If you've got the footspeed, might as well turn it into offense, play more like alcaraz and less like de minaur as much as I love him. Felt like too often you actually didn't need to take defensive positioning but because you sliced, you were forced to.
You should colas with grinders tennis
your match against Alex was good. you just need to wake up faster for those early sets of morning matches. second set you did good. you did mention that panic moment which cost you some points before you stabilized. small tip: 2 ways to handle it actually, either like Roger or Rafa put that point into your opponent's account in your mind (since you have no point to lose), and play to your hearts content, which trick your mind to become exhilarated for a short time, during which your thoughts will become simpler and clearer instead of complex and clouded, and your training will manifest its full potential. another way to approach fear factor is to train like Novak does and train to meditate to let the fear flow through you, instead of clogging up your mind during points. this approach takes time to become a habit, and you need to constantly put yourself in those situations during points so you can train to let the fear flow, then your actual tennis training will kick in and will allow you to win the point. took me six years to train in both consistently, but the results will start to show in about 3-6 months. just keep at training your mind. and you can do it. god bless.🙏
You tell me!
Does someone drive you to these tournaments or do you drive yourself?
Nice
The only problem that I saw was over-confidence. The intensity wasn't there at some critical moments. Otherwise, you're miles ahead of where you were a year ago.
were you playing in cressex
It does say 10 seconds in where he is playing
Alexander looking like Roddick
Nice play.
P.S. I always thought your 1st serve is too slow. Now i've got the nubmers... You can't be successfull on pro level serving 164 kmh flat serves.
You should collab with Simon Freund
🔥
lets goooo
Can you play a match against Simon fruend
What grade is this ? 1 or 2?
2
Do you still work with Ashley?
Alex Parker the goat
You played too much to his Forehand!! In that tiebreaker you have to keep all away from his FH as he has a good one!!
Today he lost in 3 sets after having 2 match balls… good job I did cash out… I cud see it coming
Hi.
That serve Joshua hit at 10-9 up was definitely out .
I play with the other guy
What the fuck was Alexander's forehand wtf?
Speeds can’t be right. You’re first serve is 70mph?
W
how long have you been playing tennis I think I can beat you I am kidding if I play you I will just lose maybe 7-6 7-5🎾
I think that when Felix reaches his physical peak, he will have a physique close to Wawrinka.
I’m early lesgooo
First
Come on George Michael look alike you can do it!!!
Why u not posting…
