    To not fall and catch his opponent at 8:27 is incredible!

    Looked pretty dominant throughout. He's only going to get bigger and stronger, and honestly I can't wait.

      And he can squash anyone's attempted henka. Great to watch. But so is Hakuoho.

    Hoshoryu is the best Athlete in Sumo right now. His footwork and balance for a guy his size is really impressive

      Teru will probably still be better than him

      @@TKK_Biggest_Fan Teru is strong. Teru is not an Athlete lol Athleticism is balance quickness/speed. Just watch Teru walk he's stiff he's just a big strong dude and uses that in his sumo. I was saying Hosh is the best Athlete in Sumo not the best overall Sumo wrestler. If that makes more sense? When Teru is healthy he's the most dominant still.

    Well done Hoshoryu, I think he’ll be a strong ozeki, but seeing Hokutofuji’s face after losing the playoff was really sad, he looked gutted

    The amount of people who keep going "Oh, he SHOUUUULD get ozeki now but I. DON'T. KNOWWWWW..." are weirding me out lol.
    If he had lost the playoff then I could've heard an argument, but Hoshoryu has 10 straight kachi-koshi basho, 52 wins in the last five and the mandatory 33 at sekiwake in the last 3 - what are we talking about people?

  • @RoninDays

    Thanks for the video!
    While following the tournament I thought Hoshoryu's goose was cooked after the losses to Nishkigi and Hokutofuji. But he just sat back, continued to do his own thing and waited until he was in position to win.
    And just like that, we have 3 Mongolian stars in the top two ranks of sumo heading into the September tournament!

    Желаю ему победить во всех соревнованиях и получить титул Yokozuna!! 🏆🏆🏆

    With having 2 Ozeki kadoban, and Hoshoryu debuting as an Ozeki, I am wondering if Hoshoryu will be OZe1 come the September Basho. I would think so. What do you all think about that?

    Hey I don’t know if you’ll see this but can you put some of there interview at the end? I think it would be cool to the emotion on some of these guys and maybe the moments when there walking back to the locker room. But I like your videos. There’s no breakdown of moves and stuff like some other channels. It’s gets annoying and feels like it drags the video out to long. But you don’t do that. It’s quick and to the point. Full 15 Force!

    • @full15sumo
      @full15sumo  5 місяців тому +2

      You've nailed my own preferences entirely. The idea behind the channel was the straight shot "just show me the sumo" take. Ill keep the idea about interviews in mind, it's not a bad one by any means. Thanks, and enjoy.

    They are trying henka and Hatakikomi against Hoshoryu constantly (wakamotoharu, Hokutofuji) and do you know why? Because THEY KNOW, they won't beat him on the belt.

    Make Hakuoho next btw technically the yusho wasn't his he actually touched first before Tobizaru but the shinpan didnt see it so he should have gotten a 11-4 but instead got 12-3 and won

    • @full15sumo
      @full15sumo  Рік тому +9

      Best of July is next, likely Hakuoho after that. He absolutely did touch against Tobi, but I see that as more preemptive punishment for how Tobi then played the basho rather than a loss for Hoshoryu
