Cab driver not getting enough fare
Uber and Ola should take responsibility to fix this problem. Taking 30% commission is too much for technology support while drivers are the one spending all the money and resources. Also they must introduce VIP service with higher pay so that whoever is in urgent need can pay more and get the service without any cancellation.

...last week also i have missed to catch the train due to this issue. if drivers have any issues then they have to check with ola and uber...but don't play with customers.
Uber and ola don't listen to drivers but they will respond to customers faster

Other issues with cab drivers are they will use short cuts and for example if I booked a cab for examination center or medical emergency my destination was on highway but to avoid the tollgate drivers will choose a short cuts and they will delay our ride and time and they will take us on worst roads and some drivers says I will not travel on that direction because the driver want to go somewhere else (some time I will confused am I booking cab or asking lift)

Book చేసుకున్న తరువాత Driver ఫోన్ చేసి 15 mins లో వస్తాను అని confirm చేశాడు. After 15 mins app లో driver cancel అని చూపించింది. కానీ డబ్బులు కట్టి next రైడ్ book చేసుకోమని message వచ్చింది. Ride మొదలవ్వకుండానే driver cancel చేస్తే నేనెందుకు డబ్బులు కట్టాలి???
Customer care కి ఫోన్ చేస్తే no response.
నా ఫోన్ నుండి book చేయలేను కాబట్టి, Ola uber మానేసి auto ఎక్కడం మొదలెట్టా.
Auto వాళ్లు 1 కి 10 రూపాయలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు, సొంత వెహికల్ కొనుక్కొక తప్పేలా లేదు.
అస్తవ్యస్థ వ్యవస్థ లో traffic పెరుగుదల తప్పదు మరి.

Instead of giving government subsidies to the cab drivers... government may consider to be responsible for its own app maintenance (ola job for free by government in collaboration with alternative of Google maps)....India might have to pay for the services provided by those foreign companies... it's time to focus on domestic technology in IT services

If auto taxi drivers are honest and don't cheat and rob the customers in the name of rides, why would these aggregators come into the play. Selfishness is killing everyone, if a bussiness disrespects the customer, at that point, their downfall starts.
Another issue is the attitude and arrogance of auto/taxi drivers towards their customers.... that too if a vigilant new customer is on the ride, these drivers abuse them too very much. Finally to say.... they(drivers) fell into their own graves.

I booked a cab and some driver accepted, initially the pickup time was only 10 min and it's getting increased every 5 min.... Fed-up and cancelled the ride and uber charged me for cancellation.... It happened many times because of late in pickups.... Uber should pay me back if the pickup is not happened on time....
If you available public transport than use it save your money and more if won't available please use between your pick-up location to public transport and public transport to your drop location use it
