There’s a saying along these lines: “it’s easier for beginners to improve quickly bc they don’t have bad habits they need to unlearn.” You may not be seeing as much improvement in your art bc you’ve settled into a method of drawing that is now hard for you to shake or see past if you don’t push yourself to look at things differently. And that’s ok! If art is just a hobby for you, nothing matters as long as you have fun, and if you want to improve, well, it takes time and lots of effort but you will get there. i said it before and i'll say it again: hyunjin is my comfort person, this whole vlog literally felt like i was hanging out with an old friend and we were casually talking about life and stuff. he makes me feel at home and safe, i'm so happy to be his fan and to support him daily 💗

Like, first, he just wants his dog to kiss him, then he's telling us about his drawings and the things he loves, then he's saying that he hopes we'll like his haircut (love it btw), and then he says he can't wait to go on a world tour so he can immerse himself in each country's culture and go to art museums. I envy Hyunjin for having so much dedication on whatever he does. I always thought why can't I have that talent, but actually it's the dedication that I don't have. I used to be good at drawing but now I barely hold a pencil, I used to compete in writing competitions but could barely pursue any story due to work. I always find a lot of excuses.. But recently, I've started writing again.. I decided to create a series with SKZ members as the main character, somehow I feel motivated. I have confidence I'll do good but again could barely finish it due to my demanding job. Accounting takes a lot of time. I need a tiny bit of his dedication. Thank you for being such an inspiration to many.

I second that, I really admire his dedication and taking us all along his journey from start to current. It takes strength to show someone your work as you are learning and its so motivating to see someone else work so hard. I always give myself excuses like i need to finish this exam period or need to finish this work project first, but that's always excuses and I end up having a passion in a lot of interests but never following up to actually have any skill in them. Need to change that, let's fight on!

I am so happy to see you being yourself: talking about what you like, showing us what you do on vacation and telling us what is your current interest. I cannot draw but i love art and i really like your drawings/paintings. You are so talented not just dancing but also photography and drawing/painting too. I am glad you know what makes you happy and seeing how you enjoy them makes me happy as well. Also i dont think it's a one-sided love with kkami. Kkami loves you! You guys just have a different way to express your love. Kkami is definitely a tsundere and it is so cute to see how you two interact like siblings.

Am I the only one here who’s really into their vlogs? Like- we firstly love them as an idol, nor a kind of human being who’s talented enough to deserve an adoration, but later on we also love them as to who they are off stage.
