Hi so I wrote out the recipe for anyone wondering Ingredients: 1 cup of bread flour (sifted) 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (sifted) a dash of salt 2tsp of baking powder 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup (ish? he just kinda poured some in but it looks to be about 1/4-1/2 cups) of sugar 1tsp of vanilla 1tsp of instant coffee (optional) 2 eggs 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (can be more or less to your liking) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350º 2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl 3. Melt the butter 4. Let the butter cool slightly and add in 1 egg 5. Separate the second egg and add in only the yolk 6. Mix the butter liquid and add the dry ingredients in 3 parts 7. Once fully combined, add in the chocolate chips 8. Divide into balls (about 1tbsp each) and place it on the lined baking tray 9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 10. Let them sit for a couple minutes before removing them from the tray to cool on a cooling rack

~Ingredients~ 1/2 cup flour + 2/4 cup all purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt (use less [salty]) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup coco powder White sugar (looked about 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon coffee powder 2 eggs (1 full + 1 egg yolk) Chocolate chips (looked like about 1/2 cup) ~Steps~ Sift flour into bowl. Add salt and baking powder. In another bowl add coco powder, sugar, vanilla, and coffee powder. On the stove, melt butter and stir. (use chopsticks like Chan). Once the butter is cool, pour into the bowl (with coco powder). Then crack the egg and egg yolk into the bowl and mix using an electric mixer. Slowly add your dry ingredients “bit by bit” or “portion by portion” (6:27) with the mixer in low (pour some of the dry ingredients in, mix, add more). After your done mixing, add your chocolate chips and mix with your hands (use your hands [with gloves] like Felix). “You can put in the fridge you can put it in the freezer overnight take it out in the morning and bake it, it is really yummy” (7:37). Take some of the cookie dough (looks like 1 tablespoons worth) and roll between your hands, squeeze it into a circle, and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. most of the SKZ member go back to their Parents House's to spend time with their own Family & Friends while unfortunately Lix&Chan can't do that not only cuz of the Pandemic but it's just too much travel&expense to take a Flight all the way from Kor-to-Aus(not saying they can't afford it) only to be there for 3-4 days and so they instead spend time with eachother or join with another member and spend time with their Family!
Also it's been 2-yrs since Chan&Lix visit Straya, hope the situation improves so that the Aussie Borders are open again for international Trvl. Wish they meet their families soon＼(^-^ ＼)

Is it me or do I feel a sense of ease and comfort while watching his sunshine vlog, like I just saw him as a guy making cookies 😌 (as it should but like compared to vlive it was like oH MY felix is making pancakes with the members but this is like, oh so hes making cookies but it feels calm and refreshing, it didnt feel like "felix from straykids" rather so a young adult)
It honestly brain Boggles me that they're out there with a fanbase of millions and they're still somehow living and acting like regular upper middle class young persons. Never let fame get to them
100% agree. This vlog comforted and made me happy in so many ways. I love chaotic Stray Kids, but I need some calm and peace from time to time. Felix laid-back and adorable attitude is just what I was looking for a vlog (the overall feel/ambiance of the video is relatable and oddly comforting... I guess).

~Ingredients~
1/2 cup flour + 2/4 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt (use less [salty])
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup coco powder
White sugar (looked about 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coffee powder
2 eggs (1 full + 1 egg yolk)
Chocolate chips (looked like about 1/2 cup)
~Steps~
Sift flour into bowl. Add salt and baking powder. In another bowl add coco powder, sugar, vanilla, and coffee powder. On the stove, melt butter and stir. (use chopsticks like Chan). Once the butter is cool, pour into the bowl (with coco powder). Then crack the egg and egg yolk into the bowl and mix using an electric mixer. Slowly add your dry ingredients “bit by bit” or “portion by portion” (6:27) with the mixer in low (pour some of the dry ingredients in, mix, add more). After your done mixing, add your chocolate chips and mix with your hands (use your hands [with gloves] like Felix). “You can put in the fridge you can put it in the freezer overnight take it out in the morning and bake it, it is really yummy” (7:37). Take some of the cookie dough (looks like 1 tablespoons worth) and roll between your hands, squeeze it into a circle, and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (347 Fahrenheit)and bake for 20-30 minutes. If you’re up to it, you can give Han cookies because he loves them. Enjoy Felix and Bang Chan’s cookies!
