As a matter of facts you passed me… as I was the passenger of the E92 M3 that crashed after the Karoussel. I saw you pass by us at that moment in that car. My friend unfortunately lost control as his tyre pressure must have been too high after his first lap of the day. His first accident after almost 300 laps at the Nurburgring. He’s doing ok fortunately. And the car will be fine. Would’ve have loved to let you drive my car. The configuration is very similar to the one you drove. Same brakes. They are from the 135i E82 1 series. Not a direct fit. You need special brackets and csl front discs / e38 740d rear ones. Happy to see you enjoyed your lap !

Those calipers need a spacer(or an adapter bracket) to push them outward from the knuckle. But otherwise they bolt on. Throw some good pads and fluid they are a nice upgrade.
Ohh the 90s were legendary... 🙌💯 Wood or better a walnutree or root wood in a M3... some racecars of that era like the Audi V8 DTM or some Mercedes 190 Evo's had that in common 🌳🌳🛶🏁🚀🛏🔙🔛🔝🔞👀

Nah, the M-engine is way to valuable IMO. I'd use a 325i or 328i and invest in good brakes and suspention. You'll have almost the same fun for half the price and when the engine blows up you can easily replace it because those M50 blocks are cheap and can easily be found. Try to replace you M-block...$$$$$!
I’ve made the decision that my next car will have an M badge. Front runners are e60 M5 or E92 M3. Matter of fact looking for E92 M3 Nurburgring laps is what bought me to your channel. However I’ve started watching videos on E36 M3 and now my decision is getting so much harder. Such a great car, very nimble. I can see myself doing some classic tarmac rally events in one.

I have only driven an old-school BMW, once. So I don't know much about Bimmers. What is it that make the third generation M3 so much more special to drive than the fourth generation? Is it the shorter wheelbase or?
Third generation? You mean series? It's basically the same car. M3/M4 distinction came with the previous gen to show the differences between the coupe (4-series) and sedan (3-series).
Yeah this thing really is magical! Always thinking of which one I should go for: E36 M3 - E46 M3 or manual M2 S55! The thing is, the prices for parts/modification are basically the same, and with an M2 the base is so much more refined, thus heavier of course...help me out please :O
Forget about the M2, it's too heavy and claustrophobic. If you want the most raw connection get an E36 but if you want something more modern the E46 is the car to have no doubt about it
Maybe it's the pov's "fault"? Watched some of your older pov's and even the one in apex McLaren (the orange one, I just can't get my mind around their model names) didn't feel quite as fast

My friend has 323Ti swapped to 2.8.. With B8 dampers. What a fun car it is with 200hp and loads of torque.

Newer cars don't have the race feel and nothing compares to NA engines. E46 m3 all day.
