      Actually I went to the same school that was shown in the video. It’s Full Sail University in winter park, Florida. It’s a school for people in tech and arts. We didn’t have any books but every student that goes there gets a “launch box” which is basically all the essential tech you’ll need to get through the program. For example if you’re in the music production program, you get a Mac book pro, headphones, studio monitors (I think) and some other cool stuff. And for me, I was in game development and then switched to mobile development and I got a pretty expensive pc laptop, a vr headset and an iPad. I’ve heard stories of people getting their cars broken into because of our parking tag thing we have for Full Sail because criminals know if you go to that school, you’re gonna have some expensive stuff in your car. Lol.

    • @wingsofpizza
      @wingsofpizza Рік тому +21

      @@alligatorwithwifi6111 I went to school there from early 2019 to 2022. When I was there I never saw anything crazy go down on campus. It’s a pretty big campus but I’d say the security is adequate. But then again we have a bunch of restaurants around the campus that anyone can go to and anyone can in theory come onto campus grounds without being questioned. But I did one time have a meeting while I was parked in the campus parking lot and a security/police officer observed me for a few minutes and came and questioned me to see why I was sitting in the parking lot with my car on for so long. Lol. Another time when I was in class we got a warning to stay indoors due to some security concerns and it turned out that it was just some crazy guy that just wandered into our parking lot but he wasn’t even really a threat. I’d say the security on campus is pretty decent but a lot of students stay in apartments that are pretty close to campus. Like within a 1-2 mile radius. At one of the ones I was staying at I had a neighbor who was a former student there and was a music producer and one night my gf and I heard glass breaking outside and for some reason we didn’t think anything of it but the next day I see my neighbor’s car window broken and covered with plastic sheet. I asked my neighbor what happened and he said his car got broken into and his (expensive) music equipment got stolen. He was the third person to tell me that Full Sail cars have a higher chance of getting broken into especially in that area and that was the first time I’ve seen it actually happen to a person. Lol. I don’t know what ended up happening after but you’re not likely to get mugged or robbed on campus but you definitely gotta be careful about showing potential criminals that you’re from a school that basically gives you expensive tech/gear for free. I mean it’s not really free but you’re guaranteed to have something cool if you go to school there.

      @@alligatorwithwifi6111 But it’s possible they upped security after the incident in this video. I’m not sure how good or bad it was before I came here though. Still sad to see someone get robbed of their life when they’re paying so much money to learn new skills and better your life and some degenerate “gangster” takes it from you for a few thousand dollars worth of stuff that he’d probably just end up spending on shoes or some shit to show off to all the other pieces of shit that he’s the coolest piece of shit for having the most expensive shoes.
