I am from Kolkata and it breaks my heart to see that my city, my state is in such a miserable state. All the youths have gone to other states for seeking jobs. Not only the blue collar jobs, the basic jobs like carpentry, cooking, housekeeping are shifted to growing cities like Bangalore and Pune.

Himangshu, the adjectives you added "Responsible and Bold".. Vajpayee gave 2X weight to R and 1X weight to B and then took the average. Manmohan gave 4X to R and 1X to B and then took the average. For Modi it is straight R+B divided by 2.. So while every PMs of our great country and the Govt they led had both R and B, it is the weight that differentiated them..
