Superb mam. How many days we can preserve it as we have added coconut in it. TQ.

Can You Tell The Diff Btw Tirunalveli Halwa & Your Recipe

Thank you for your comments. Thirunalveli Halwa is made with wheat milk, sugar and ghee. Thengai pal thirattu is prepared with coconut, rice, moong dhal, jaggery and ghee.Halwa takes more time to prepare. But thengai pal thirattu needs very less time to prepare. Thank you sister for your long comment. 3tbsp raw rice, 3 tbsp moong dhal. Ok. கம்மியாக இருந்தால் கொரகொர பாதான் அரைக்க முடியும் அதனால் அப்படி சொன்னேன். அதனால் தான் தேங்காய் சேர்ந்த உடன் நன்றாக மசிய அரைத்து கொள்ளவும். தேங்காய் நீங்க என்ன அளவு எடுத்து கொள்ளகிறீர்களோ அதில் இருந்து 11/2மடங்குவெல்லம் தேவை. 1 cup coconut. 11/2 cup jaggery. That's all. Grind fine paste. Arisi paruppu naan sonna alavu follow pannunga. Athuku 11/2 cup jaggery enough. 🙏Happy cooking.
