      @@ThePCOSPersonalTrainerI absolutely LOVE this workout😍😍😍😍 I’ve just started to do soo much research into my PCOS after having it for years and barely losing any weight. I really enjoy this workout!!☺️ especially for sometime who’s not used to strength training. It’s people like you who make us PCOS girlies feel more confident and better❤️❤️❤️

    Hi Erika, i want to get into strength training but wasn’t sure what weight dumbbells to buy? do you have any recommendations on what weight to start with for a beginner?

      If you’re brand new to strength training 5, 8 and 12 pound dumbbells will be a good set for starting out. But expect to need 15 and 20 after a few month of consistent training 💪🏻

    Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
