I door knocked every pre foreclosure in my area last week, 18, a left hand written post-its. A couple contracts were in denial, 1 already figured it out and still waiting to hear back from 15ish

No, they aren’t selling anything.
What is the next steps??? What do we do next if the seller agrees to seller financing etc. These videos are too good !!
Depends what your exit strategy is. Is it in your buybox? Will the property be profitable? Do you have the capital (total cost to acquire property) ? You can always reassign the property for a fee to another investor. If you are able to acquire it yourself and it’s in your buybox, I would find yourself a transaction coordinator to help you throughout the process. I got one on my first transaction and it cost me $900 and they helped me every step of the way.

This is really area based. Be careful knocking on doors in major markets. Lots of neighborhoods have issues with people door knocking and won't be nice.
This is part of the game, they literally talked about this in the beginning…did you not watch lol? Like Pace said, it’s simple but not easy. It’s going to be a lot of hard work, you might get spit on or have a gun pulled on you…if you push past it, you will find success
