Can you let me know when the information on the 5 options will be talked about and also a good way when we talk to people is to plant the seed and cultivate it into a takeover, please keep me abreast.
Depends what your exit strategy is. Is it in your buybox? Will the property be profitable? Do you have the capital (total cost to acquire property) ? You can always reassign the property for a fee to another investor. If you are able to acquire it yourself and it’s in your buybox, I would find yourself a transaction coordinator to help you throughout the process. I got one on my first transaction and it cost me $900 and they helped me every step of the way.
This is really area based. Be careful knocking on doors in major markets. Lots of neighborhoods have issues with people door knocking and won't be nice.
