They include several dozen in Ireland - a country that's long-welcomed Palestinians and publicly supported their rights.

There is housing in Dublin yet a significant portion of it is kept empty on purpose which creates man made scarcity which in turn drives up house prices and rents just so the landlords that own 10s if not 100s of housing stock each. Those are the people you should be calling out, not Ireland and the people of Ireland doing their international obligations of helping people running from conflict, persecution and possible death.
Asylum seekers and refugees are not allowed to get on the housing list nor are they allowed to get social housing while they are still asylum seekers and refugees. They get put up in hotels which I will remind you is not a free "house" and put up in direct provision which is not a pleasant place.
