If you're reading these comments. Glassman isn't saying that nobody should eat any carbs. He's saying that the current diet consist of an overabundance of carbs and this over consumption of carbs are increasing our health problems. He and every health professional knows that we need fat, protein and carbs.
Fun fact, fruit, rice, oats, beans and potatoes are a stable food source for 80% of the worlds population who happen to live over 80 years. Carbs aren’t the enemy, people who instill fear into consuming them are.
I'm a vegetarian who consumes moderate amounts of dairy, etc and I can say for certain that I'm a lot healthier than most of the vegans I know and have met.
Bullshit. Just because you grow up in a country whose idea of a meal is a big ass steak , burger or pork chop doesn’t mean the rest of the world should reverse their notion of normal and healthy eating. Anybody that seeks to demonize a category of food that has been consumed by people for thousands of years is trying to sell you something. Problem is overeating and not moving enough which is the result of our modern economy. Unless you’re heading for a bodybuilding competition soon, enjoy your natural foods in moderation and I agree with the getting your ass off the couch bit...but nobody needs a seminar to know that.
Audio garbled in UA-cam app, Chrome, Bing, and Firefox apps across multiple device types and OS's. Might require a re-post to UA-cam at this point?

Carbs are not the enemy. We can’t demonize carbs just because some over do it.
You are right on the mark, 13cups. Glassman just continues boldly exposing himself for the cruel, sad fear monger he truly is.
It has no voice audio??
Perfect audio for me.
Be sure to get the first 10 seconds... "Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, fruit, little starch, and no sugar"
Ladies and gentlemen, the church of crossfit, with pastor Greg.
Yeah, make sure you don't fall into that "warped church toilet".
He is absolutely correct.

But aren't Vegans the healthiest populations in the world? What about that fact Greg?
lol no
Who says Vegans are the healthiest populations in the world? When did that become a fact?
I'm a vegetarian who consumes moderate amounts of dairy, etc and I can say for certain that I'm a lot healthier than most of the vegans I know and have met.
Bad audio.
Perfect audio for me. Maybe they've fixed whatever the issue was.
Go home Greg. Carbs= performance/recovery. Refined carbs? Sugar? Well that’s different. The distinction needs to be made, though.
i know snake oil when i see it
what is he selling? he is telling people to eat a certain way- crossfit gives all the workouts away for free. it costs nothing.
