    Sameer, All the best for this new endeavor. I have been listening to your views on the NDTV property show for years. I am curious to know:
    1. Out of 2500 unsold inventory l, how many belong to A grade developers under construction vs ready-to-move inventory?
    3. From a capital appreciation and rentals point of view, between 3 bhk and 4 bhk, what's a better choice?
    4. Recently, most launches in 2023 have not been 2 bhks and mostly large size 3 to 4 bhks. Will that trend continue?
    5. How long will it take for a decent social infra to come on Dwaraka Expressway?
