Taking 1 level of Wizard and going INT instead fo WIS makes the Moon Druid a much better spellcaster in human form (and makes Circle of the Land obsolete). Now your Owlbear can haste itself!
I am curious how this works as I was under the impression that spells and cantrips scaled off of the spellcasting modifier for the class you got them from(so multiclassing druid and wizard, and spells in the druid spellbook scale off WIS and wizard spells off of INT). But spells from gear and your racial talents scale off of the last class you spec'd into. So only your race and item stuff and would scale off of INT... And whatever spells you see in your wizard spellbook(learned from picking them in level up or from scrolls). That being said, I kinda just realized you can maybe use scrolls to learn some of the druid spells you wanna use. Then they would scale with INT. The ones that are unique to Druid don't benefit too much from scaling anyway... Thanks for the idea.
Savage attacker supposedly works with the air/fire/water Myrmidon attacks. I'm not entirely sure how to check that but my average damage seems to be higher. Also, can we discuss a wonderful tactic with the myrmidons? Use a 6th level spell to summon a water Myrmidon, and wildshape into an air myrmidon. Water Myrmidon uses healing vapors, which gets enemies wet and heals everything (which won't matter if you heal enemies,) Then the air myrmidon deals lightning damage and has a chance to stun the enemy. So much fun.
Interesting hadn't heard that before and agreed it's tough to test. Sounds like a fun combo to try with the Myrmidon's as well. Lots of fun with big crit lightning damage.
@@MinMaxRPG have confirmed, savage attacker works with the air, water and fire myrmidons. They also all have +3 weapons so they have a +11 to hit. Tavern brawler on an earth myrmidon gives you a +12 to hit but they don't get the damage since Tavern Brawler isn't working as the text says it does. Water Myrmidons: I had 3 moon druids and Gale in my party. We had 4 water Myrmidons summoned. Used one of the water Myrmidons to get enemies wet, then used the other 3 myrmidons with icicle blast, dealing 2d6 cold (doubled because wet) damage a total of 9 times. Air Myrmidons get 3 attacks each, and each deal lightning damage. Wiping enemies out quite quickly.

how do you go from 8 strength to 12 strength if theres only 3 feats involved that only give +1? That would only be 11 strength... also your stats change when you wild shape so do those strength bonuses even actually get rolled in?
You’re still doing just 10, 11 damage on your claw attacks. It’s unfortunate the way it works and practically nothing can stack and buff this damage, rings, armor, weapon passives… nothing. I think they should rework that or at least introduce more equip to boost wild shape. If you’re not cheesing with the crushing flight you have difficulty to finish even the most basic enemies on act 3. It’s so cool but so painful if you’re doing a solo run for example.
10 - 11 damage isn't so bad when you factor in that once you level up you gain the ability to attack a 2nd time and if you have someone to buff your attack role you can easily plow your way through. It also helps to look at it as a secondary life and once you're out of shapeshifting you can just focus on spellcasting
Now this is useful info! Good to know resilient: str and heavy armor master bonus works in wild shape. Anything else you found that works? Personally though, i'd still multiclass. At least 1-2 levels. +1 str mod may not be as useful as what i could get out there like armor of agathys. bless, etc.
It was slow to test because I kept having to rest, level, shift, inspect, repeat etc. I basically went through the str options first because I wanted to double down on increased chance to hit. Boosting the str by 2 means an extra 5% chance to hit plus in the case of Owlbear the Tavern Brawler adds another 30%. Will continue to test things when I get a chance though as I now conveniently have a save with 4 Wild Shape Druids that I used in the intro lol.

-13 ac from dragonic resiliance which also carries to wildshapes
