    PLease update the topic to Minion sequencing, now after NASA announced the first sequencing in space station using minion, I have searched in youtube but no proper explanation video about the technique except this. So please update the topic you will get more hit for this video.

    I would like to add that the protein channels should be couple with an exonuclease which allows to unzip the dsDNA. It’s important to show that up.

    Thank you! Can you explain a bit about the adaptor protein that guides the sequence to the nanopore? Is it a universal adaptor that binds to the ends of all DNA, and if so, what is its target on the DNA and how does it bind?

    will the protein be identified by its elemental components, say it contains, hydrogen, oxygen, potassium, nitrogen and carbon as an example. Can it identify these elements and their proportions in the sample protein?

    I think you are doing good, but I have some suggestions which I need to mention. What you are saying is totally different to what you are presenting. I think you should have to look the real schematic diagram of the nano-pore sequencing tools. Don't take it negatively, you are presenting it, but I want you to present it in a best and proper way.       no. I think it is the 4th generation. 3rd generation was single molecule approach of pacbio
