Do you have any mods done to your sled? I have the same one and have only been able to get 96mph, not on a groomed trail though, fully dressed I probably weigh 230 pounds give or take.

Have a 2022 VR1 and had it over 100 pulls easy and had a few weeks in a row it wouldn’t get over 90 and would struggle 85-90 range didn’t really mess with anything, didn’t feel like track was slipping or anything just didn’t pull not even on heavy snow. Then this weekend was back to pulling over 100 no problem on a really hard packed trail (never felt track slipping but must’ve been)
