I am a new mugwort lover myself! The missha artemesia essence has saved my skin. The First night I used it the redness in my face and pimples were less noticeable and my face has cleared up after using it for only 5 days now. What a noticeable improvement after such a short time.. Thank you for recommending it! I would have never picked this item up if i wouldn’t have seen your reviews. ❤️

I love this video. I also love Mugwort. The I’m From Essence and mask are amazing! I have very sensitive skin and am sensitive to a lot of basic things (like salicylic acid) so it helps me a lot.

I absolutely adore the Missha Essence! I was surprised at how much I like it, but it definitely makes my skin feel nice and soft and definitely soothes the redness in my cheek area. Though I already like this product, it is definitely interesting seeing how it compares to other similar essences. Mugwort is a newer ingredient I have implemented in my skincare routine and I didn't actually realise there were different kinds of mugwort 😂
I bought the hanyul one months ago and I've been holding off from using it but now I think it will still do well for me! I'm now excited to use this. Thanks Kelly 🥰

I have the Nacific and Missha. I'm currently using the Nacific. Since I have nothing else to compare it with, it's working out pretty fine for me. I'm not sure if it has helped with my occasional redness but I just like how soothing it feels. The scent is very light and almost not noticeable. I'm committed to finishing this before moving to Missha. You made me really excited to try the Missha now.

thank you for the thorough comparison ! The only one I have used is the I'm from one, because I think it's the only brand out of these that's cruelty-free. My experience with it was similar to what you reported, and I also find it similar to what you report on the tonymoly. I actually tend to use it before my toner as well, or alternating layers as I feel (I use the keep cool soothe bamboo toner, tysm for introducing me to it). That's because I find that while the mugwort essence might be very slightly thicker, it feels more full of water in my experience. When I apply it it kind of feels like the equivalent of drinking a glass of water to some extent. But it also feels like if I don't apply anything else that water is going to evaporate super quickly. The bamboo toner, on the other hand, while being hydrating as well feels more like it's working to keep the water there than bringing so much in. So in my experience these two work wonders together.
I would LOVE a video like this about Houttuynia (Heartleaf) essences! I'm having a hard time choosing between the Goodal Houttuynia Cordata Calming Essence (the old and the newer vegan version with the lighter packaging), One Thing, and the Hanskin Soonhan First Essence (which I can only find on Sokoglam). I'm honestly not sure if there's more brands. It would also be nice to learn how they compare to Houttuynia essences.

Thank you for explaining that Korean products do not have to label every ingredient. I see that with so many Korean products such as hyaluronic acid serums and was really confused why they could say 100% hyaluronic acid and nothing else (such as the plant base HAs).

This is exactly the video I’ve been looking for! I’ve decided to splurge on a mugwort essence but I haven’t been able to decide which one to get between Missha and I’m from. Seeing that the Missha is a fermented first essence I’m thinking about replacing my Neogen real ferment micro essence to the Missha one once I’ve run out and maybe get the I’m from as my normal essence.... Would mugwort be tolerated by skin with allergies and/or eczema? I have both (plus acne because of hormonal imbalance) so I'm still on the hunt for a miracle. I am using the snail mucin essence from CosRx at the moment and LRP Cicaplast B5 balm on my dry patches (that don't go away….)

Can you do one for honey products? There’s a lot of propolis products, but I would love to find honey products!!!

Finally! The Mugworts! Thank you for the comparisons! I myself used the Nacific one because it was the more affordable one (student, everyone? 😆) and.... yes, you're right! I didn't feel something 'wow' and different on my skin.. so yeah.. I was disappointed.. I guess I'll save my lunch money a little bit more to buy the Missha or the Tony Moly one I guess..

Would mugwort be tolerated by skin with allergies and/or eczema? I have both (plus acne because of hormonal imbalance) so I'm still on the hunt for a miracle. I am using the snail mucin essence from CosRx at the moment and LRP Cicaplast B5 balm on my dry patches (that don't go away….)
