Excellent video. Question: picture I have 2 light bulbs. Which component would I use if I had 2 potentially hot wires come into "the component" and if only 1 wire was hot it would route power to one light bulb but if both wires coming in were hot it would route power to both lights?

@@scottdoscher5607 I didn't understand your question. You have 2 light bulbs and they are i guess connected in parallel. And you want 1 light bulb to be turned on when there is one hot wire and 2 light bulbs when there are 2 hot wires. If that is your question I don't know why you would need any component in between. You just connect light bulbs in parallel and give each bulb a switch which disconnects and connects hot wires.
