I remember a video preparing these men for the hike. You all played The Forest together, and in that video you predicted that Aqua would flake, I’m so happy he proved you wrong and was able to be a part of this video.
To be fair if you don’t know how to read a map outside “follow the trail” I could see how the topography could throw people off. They don’t appear to be using a compass either.
The mushrooms segment was hilarious, unfortunate that Aqua broke into psychosis and you had to leave him in the mountains but I'm sure you'll find him on the next trip 👍

I missed your hiking trips you did with your brother and frankly your hiking video's have to be my favourite series. There's just something with how you edit the videos and the commentary that is so enjoyable. Love you sam.
I always thought those horror camping movies. Such as, “The Ritual” were unrealistic and dramatic. After watching this video I now know. It is completely realistic for a bunch of failures to get really lost in the wilderness. However, this is much better than any of those movies.
If you’ve ever tried walking in any nature trail you’ll realize how quickly you can get lost if you go off the trail. The woods can disorientating super fast.
I come back to this cinematic masterpiece every once in a while and I must say, after having watched it in it's entirety for about 5 or so times, it really is one of, if not the best Video you have ever made, Sam. It is somehow strangely calming and comforting to me. If another hiking trip with you and the boys ever comes to be, I am sure it will result in a video of equal magnificence. Kudos.

If we're all being honest here, its a real shame they had to leave aqua behind. Aqua letting his ego get in the way and pushing on through the snowy trail trying to prove to them that it wasnt that bad. I fuckin loved Poob from the moment he first appeared on the channel in Forehead Fables. The guy is pretty much a clone of myself and my friend. I always found it hard to believe that he's like 23 or something as well. I always figured he was a bit older.
I go on camping trips with the boys every year to different places around the UK and Europe. It's been 15 years and it's always the same. Start off with the giddiness of schoolkids, immediately get lost, refuse to acknowledge we are lost, find somewhere that looks suitable, set up tents, get absolutely fucked up for 7 days, laugh til we get hernias, then go home and tell everyone it was a perfect week away and we feel refreshed.
I still remember the plan you guys had about this hike. Yes the one with the tattoos and crashing drones together and having one or two members critically injured during it. I’m glad to see that Brian took the initiative and broke almost everything he brought with him and his back to keep the idea alive.

@@GeneralSam Get snowmobiling equipment for your next colder weather outing. It's all pretty damn warm, often times has zippered ventilation so you don't get too hot and sweat, most of it is waterproof. Only downside is it's a pain in the ass to piss with snow bibs on. Also, a big old ammo can and a toilet seat on a wood frame is a great way to do your business without leaving behind evidence. A lot less digging and easy to clean even if you don't have some sort of plastic liner inside. Plus you get to make the person who isn't contributing as much or that you dislike the most carry it

I always thought those horror camping movies. Such as, “The Ritual” were unrealistic and dramatic. After watching this video I now know. It is completely realistic for a bunch of failures to get really lost in the wilderness. However, this is much better than any of those movies.
If you’ve ever tried walking in any nature trail you’ll realize how quickly you can get lost if you go off the trail. The woods can disorientating super fast.
Manouvering outside of a trail or open landscape is also incredibly slow. Can take you a day to move a mile in young birch.

I come back to this cinematic masterpiece every once in a while and I must say, after having watched it in it's entirety for about 5 or so times, it really is one of, if not the best Video you have ever made, Sam. It is somehow strangely calming and comforting to me. If another hiking trip with you and the boys ever comes to be, I am sure it will result in a video of equal magnificence. Kudos.

I fuckin loved Poob from the moment he first appeared on the channel in Forehead Fables. The guy is pretty much a clone of myself and my friend. I always found it hard to believe that he's like 23 or something as well. I always figured he was a bit older.
I go on camping trips with the boys every year to different places around the UK and Europe. It's been 15 years and it's always the same. Start off with the giddiness of schoolkids, immediately get lost, refuse to acknowledge we are lost, find somewhere that looks suitable, set up tents, get absolutely fucked up for 7 days, laugh til we get hernias, then go home and tell everyone it was a perfect week away and we feel refreshed.

I’m glad to see that Brian took the initiative and broke almost everything he brought with him and his back to keep the idea alive.

@@GeneralSam Get snowmobiling equipment for your next colder weather outing. It's all pretty damn warm, often times has zippered ventilation so you don't get too hot and sweat, most of it is waterproof. Only downside is it's a pain in the ass to piss with snow bibs on.
Also, a big old ammo can and a toilet seat on a wood frame is a great way to do your business without leaving behind evidence. A lot less digging and easy to clean even if you don't have some sort of plastic liner inside. Plus you get to make the person who isn't contributing as much or that you dislike the most carry it
