Wow! People are awful when hiding behind their computers. Toilet paper: beginning of video towards left hand side she has an open bottle of polish remover along with bits of toilet paper she's been using for polish removal/clean up. Voice/smoking: while she very well may be a smoker my bet is that she has been sick/has a cold. Beginning of video and throughout she is seen rubbing her nose. And who knows maybe some of the to is from using it on her nose. Face: there's nothing wrong with her face. She has a dermal piercing or rhinestone near her eye. The other couple spots on her face are moles, freckles or beauty make. With them in the light as she moves her head around. She's beautiful with tats & all. Not everyone has the same taste in people. You guys give internet bullying its name. At least she's confident enough to post videos. Most of you posting hateful comments don't even have any videos. No I don't have any either as I just watch videos but felt I had to stick up for her because people are just down right mean/rude to her.

What I like to do, is cover all around my nail in children's Elmer glue, and after it dries, I paint my nails and peel away the glue and I have a perfect nail :) Found the idea on Pinterest, so you can go on there if you want to see exactly how to do it. I absolutely love it!
Kalista Willington you can use Elmer's glue for a peel off base coat also. Haven't tried it, but using the glue instead of liquid tape or silicone is so easy and cheap™

Weird. I'm brand new to this stuff, i've only watched like 3 or 4 videos and I tried it my first time with some cheap wal - mart polish (and some others) and it worked perfectly fine. Didn't even pay attention to the water nor did I wonder if I was suppose to use hot or cold, or whatever. What i've noticed is, it only sinks to the bottom if the drop is too big AND it is dropped from too far away. I usually make sure its nice and liquid polish when you pull it out, and only swipe one of the sides, so that theres only a small drop. That way it expands right away. But it just can't be too far away a drop from the water, and it can't be at the brim of the water either. 1 Centimeter away from the water with a normal but sort of small drop is a perfect way to do it, no matter the polish. ALTHOUGH, glitter polish depends. If it's bulky and has big pieces in it, it might not work. Cause I tried one of those and I just gave up on it after one drop fell. But that was my first time also, so. I don't know, i'm not a professional either. But I do think it's different for everybody! It's fun too. *I have only used freezing cold water, if that helps. I didn't use a certain temp. for water. I don't think that matters. *I also meant I'm new to the different types of polishes in my reply to this comment. By that I only meant just that. On the other hand, I've been doing the marble thing for, it's been 4 or 5 times. Recently. Monthly. So i know what i'm doing. But as far as the different types, that's the only thing I don't know of. Just recently I learned that theres a gel kind, and other kinds. I'm new to this too, so maybe it only works perfectly fine without so much worries, if you use just normal polish. If that makes sense.

I have been struggling with water marbling for days... thanks to your tips, I'm going to try again, with some different polishes! I was using some China Glaze, & Color Club minis (all neons), which are already a couple of years old. I'll use some fresher colors from my collection, or go buy some Sally. :) BTW, you have the prettiest eyes... they're almost distracting, LOL! TFS!
Great! I really liked the purple and gold swirl towards the end. Thank you for explaining every step to those of us who are completely new to this. I hated the idea of wasting so much polish, but I found a tiny cup at Sally's Beauty Supply that is made just for this for only 89 cents, it's like a miniature shot glass.

Cool! Thanks girlie! I'd never even heard of marbling (don't do my nails often) but I tried this out and they turned out great! I did use just room temperature tap water though and had no problems. Great video, keep up the good work!

Hey Ashley..THANK YOU so much for making this video! It was very helpful for those of us having trouble with or not knowing how to do water marble nails. You answered a lot of questions we all have about it! BTW...love love loved the bloopers at the end of the video..it was so funny! Don't even bother reading the negative messages, they're a$$holes and mostly from guys that you're too good for anyway!
I have been struggling with water marbling for days... thanks to your tips, I'm going to try again, with some different polishes! I was using some China Glaze, & Color Club minis (all neons), which are already a couple of years old. I'll use some fresher colors from my collection, or go buy some Sally. :) BTW, you have the prettiest eyes... they're almost distracting, LOL! TFS!
Great! I really liked the purple and gold swirl towards the end. Thank you for explaining every step to those of us who are completely new to this. I hated the idea of wasting so much polish, but I found a tiny cup at Sally's Beauty Supply that is made just for this for only 89 cents, it's like a miniature shot glass.

Cool! Thanks girlie! I'd never even heard of marbling (don't do my nails often) but I tried this out and they turned out great! I did use just room temperature tap water though and had no problems. Great video, keep up the good work!
