-Start out by cleaning your nails & prepping with a base coat
-Use Enigma as your base color
-Create a bullseye in the cup with all 3 colors
-Draw in the design with your tool
-Dip you nail(s) into the design
-Clean the top of the water
-Slowly pull your nail out
-Remove tape
-Clean up around the edges

Beautiful! I have really been struggling w/ the marbling, couldn't get the polish to spread so I finally bought a gallon of distilled water & it worked great! Now I've been trying to do the designs & got tired of taping so I tried Elmers washable glue & it works so good I found it much easier to work with! TY for all the great vids

This water marble was and still is one of my favorites. It actually is the one that got me interested in water marble.
I just got my first kind of this polish and can't wait to try it out! I love this color combo! Looks like a rich wrapping paper:) Also looks like the lights on the trees in Rice Park.

If youre doing this, for the love of god, please dont do it in a stryofoam cup. I did and all the nail polish that went to the bottom, the chemicals in the nailpolish ate a hole in the bottom of the cup and spilled water alll over my floor before I even realized. So I ended up with water and nail polish all over my favorite skirt, and messy nails lmao.

Don't do it in a plastic cup either!! I just tried this out and it chewed a whole through the bottom. 😬

2013 back in the day before the liquid latex revolution I feel so sad you had to use tape

i remember following one of these tutorials. i tried this on the bathroom floor (i used a plastic cup to put the polish in) and somehow ended up dropping a hot pink polish bottle and it splattered all over the bathroom wall. i tried wiping it with toilet paper and well..it didn't work out. LOL thankfully my dad didn't get mad at me though

there's nothing special, water marble is just what the design is called - I use room temperature filtered water & normal nail polish

Swirl your polish, don't "pump" the brush in and out of the bottle. You're pushing air into the bottle and can cause your polish to dry faster than normal. Love your videos though!
