Vlad, great to hear your store is back up and running! I'm in a very similar situation to you with my Etsy store - I have been suspended due to an outstanding balance on another store (£4.50) which has been paid but not unable to enter my stores. How were you able to get through to a real person? I'd really appreciate your help!
How many stores can you open on Etsy? Do you keep the same bank account for all of them?

I saw you opened more than one shop so the question is are you using same Bank account and business details? What is the exact way to open a second shop or third one, do we have to be in the same niche or we can try different things?

I wonder if you can give some suggestions that how much I should spend on ad per day for a small store. I only have 90 sales and 60 listings.I sell wood/acrylic engraving products. Thanks
It’s a very difficult question to answer, as there’s so many variables. But there are several strategies that I consider when running advertisements. 1. Direct profit only advertising - this one is I want to make sure that I at least three times the spending ( spend 5 make 15). Once I achieve that that it’s just a matter of how much I’m able to fulfill. 2. Data collection - i’m not too worried about the profitability, I’m just trying to collect data on keywords and an understanding on which variation performs better on the market. And then I double down on that design and try a direct to profit campaign. 3. exposure - I run advertisement at a lost to accumulate customers, by them, favoring or simply clicking on my listings. This will change their results when they are ready to make the purchase. For example, when the holiday season is approaching, so it might be too early, I want customers to be clicking on my products, that way when they are ready, I will be the product that is displayed. 4. Lead magnet product advertising - this strategy is not common, I’ve used it only a few times. But it’s when a product is bringing lots of traffic, but it’s not providing profit, however, customers are purchasing other items on the store. I used dictation, so if something sounds weird, I apologize. Hopefully this helps.
