I was a grunt, I remember we got back from a combat deployment and we got sent to do a make-a-wish. It felt great, it was like my humanity was stored after just losing buddies on deployment

I've always had great respect for the Air Force. I served eight years in the Marine Corps but my respect goes out to the USAF because their enlisted are smart enough to send the officers out to do the fighting.
This is a awesome video..... My niece was diagnosed with retinoblastoma when she was 2 yrs old, she beat cancer but she lost her left eye, she's 7 yrs old now full of spirit and very creative with her art work....

My dad was diagnosed at age 57 with Retinoblastoma. He still has his eye. They did the radioactive plaque in his eye for a week which worked, but damaged the optic nerve.
We Marines are America's protectors, big or small it doesn't matter. Marines are known to be hard men and women, to which we are, but behind the bdus we are still mom's, dad's, brothers and sisters. Good on you Marines you make Chesty proud.
If such an amazing fighter wants to be a Marine than I say lets toss the rules and regs and let him, there may not be a lot of possibilities for his career but the pride involved in serving our country is among the greatest feelings someone can ever experience, Semper Fi!
