@@netrunner2326 Darkseid war in JL 3? I don't know, man. That's pretty hopeful, but with how rushed a lot of things were with DC so far, maybe they would've been able to reach a storyline this full of relatively unknown info by time JL3 hit.
But, we'd need the Lantern Corp., not just Hal but the whole Corp., and maybe just an intro to the rest of the Corps on the emotional spectrum.
And then the New Gods will need some serious setup and introducing, along with Scott Free's story and maybe their relation to the source wall.
Apokolips, Lex Luthor, the Furies, Metron/Anti-Monitor, Earth-3 & The Crime Syndicate, Oa, the Speed Force and several other smaller/less relevant pieces to the story will need some sort of introduction, while some can be removed entirely, taking that too far could easily ruin and bloat a movie.

Im all marvel but I have to say DC has been winning with its great stories!
I mostly agree but those events (same for Marvel) tend to go in to many directions at once and I'm sure that more time, space, fewer action would let the story breath a little without losing its quality or interest.

The metal event was a fan service arch to show the different Batman concepts. Yes they were fucking beautiful character designs, but the story wasn’t even close to being this rich!

This really was one of the best and most epic in scale modern Justice League storylines. I'd love if we got a new Justice League animated series that was able to adapt storylines like this.
