And we did go @Adventures with Danno ! Got 85/15 organic grass fed beef for $3.99/lb, cherries for $2.39/lb, a mini watermelon, organic greens, $4.89 /lb, organic carrot $1.49, and cheese
I have found over all the years I've been shopping at Aldi, that they have helped me save so much money. Their food range expands every year and I am lucky to have incredible staff members in my local. Not every Aldi item is great, but that applies to any shop. When I was taken ill in Aldi just before Christmas the staff took turns to look after me until my son arrived. They were and are amazing.💗💗👵🏴🌹🌹
That chocolate bar is so good. I love the dried fruit and nuts to make homemade trail mix. Their chocolate protein powder is good in pancakes. I love cherries!
Aldi, while their prices have been going up the past four years, seem to have the smaller price increases on basic items. Showing that prices didn’t have to get this high and that they’re doing it on purpose

The coconut chia cereal is good. I didn't think I would like it, but wow! Discovered that the name brand equivalent is around $7 per box at our Walmart.
I add it to the plain Greek yogurt…. Really tasty

Those Keto Coconut Clusters are my new favorite! I bought a bag and my husband and I ate them…all. I went back the next day and bought 5 more bags. My husband is a diabetic and these are sweetened with stevia so he gets to eat as much as he wants without much worry. AND the CRUNCH…love them.

Was at Aldi's yesterday. picked up a few deals. Lidl has some great deals too!
The 12 grain bread, goat cheese, and a lot of the produce are go-to's for me. Also the Winking Owl Sweet Red wine.
Eggs going back up, $2.06 at Speedway, Indiana store. Aldi Finds were great this week. Still love Aldi.

I haven't been to our local Aldi for years, so i better start going back because another big name grocery store in our area is getting way too expensive for my budget. And I like Aldi produce and the prices there, and I can afford Aldi's, where the other stores, i can't. Thanks for your videos Danno! I will be going to Aldi to next week .
We get great deals at Aldi. $65 spent there this week. Got about 4- 5 bags and a watermelon and 10 lb. bag of potatoes. Yay.
We are getting our ALDI in August. I can’t wait!
I got the cotton candy grapes for the first time today, they are not bad. Wouldn’t be regular buy for me but fun for kids.

We have seen less and less of the Chef's Cupboard cream soups, and there haven't been any of their tomato or chicken noodle in a few months, at least! I shop Aldi for their brand, not Campbell's. As far as olive oil goes, I was buying their organic for a while, and then I realized that many brands, including Simply Nature organic, have oils from lots of places, and they just blend them. Some can be inferior; and really, if you want something healthy, you want a quality product. The Specially Selected olive oil is single origin, and a very good product.

Hi Danno I am coming down to Fairfield and I plan to get skyline.
Back when I used to make holiday meal food for an army as opposed to the number we normally fed, i began to shop the sales, special purchase, and clearance items in the summer then put them in a reserved space be itbozntrybor kitchen area. It was not uncommon for these items to help shape the menu before i actually made much of a menu come the August-September time frame. Take for example the nuts shown in this video. I would have purchased them and nut bowls would be be at least one of the holiday meals; if i didnt pick something like nuts up at a good to excellent price, nuts woild not be among the offerings. When i did a lot/ most of the stocking fillers for the famiky get together, i also shopped for regular, personal hygine items like family sized toothpaste etc...in the July to August time frame whennitems went in sale because of packaging changes. I also shopped the clearance sales surrounding the 4th of July looking for Christmas and fall/ winter lip balms, pj's, and even linens.

I have not seen the French fried onion pieces at my local Aldi in a long time. I'm thinking they only carry them for winter holidays?
Love their GF FF Onions, I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to but it does seem seasonal. We've found Safeway carries an Organics kind that's similar, and Wegmans carries a GF kind. Not sure what's in your area. Of course no one beats Aldi prices
Went to the local small town grocery yesterday. The cheaper bread was sold out along with the butter. I also noticed that it seemed that they weren't getting rid of the stuff they didn't sell as much of. Of course, they changed vendors. West of Dayton, Ohio.

Winco (Carrollton, Texas) has unsalted store brand butter for 1.98 USD a pound!! I really wanted to buy some and stock up, but I didn’t have the extra funds till my husband gets paid on the 1st. I had taken 2, but I had to put them back. 😢
I've been a happy Aldi shopper for a few years now, but our Aldi is starting to let me down. Last weekend there were a ton a fruit flies in the produce section. I think they were drawn to the rotting produce. Every single bag of tomatoes in the shelf has moldy tomatoes in it. Some of them had entire tomatoes where the whole tomato was covered in mold. The bags of bell peppers looked like someone has sat on them and the peppers were flattened and split open. I couldn't see anything on the grapes, but there was a really sour odor coming from the end cap with the grapes. It was pretty gross.
I prefer Kroger lately!!
@@amywamala I wish we had Kroger here! A Harris Teeter recently opened in our area, but it's almost a half hour away. I hope one opens closer to me. We have Publix, Food Lion, and Walmart for groceries. Publix has lost their ever living minds with pricing, so we hit up Food Lion and Walmart. And Target

I bought couple cases of the turkey gravy back in February 24, they gave away for .10 a jar. Donated 24 jars to shelter.
The turkey gravy seems to be seasonal so it doesn’t take up valuable shelf space and not sell ~~

3 years ago Aldi butter was $2.14, and they are telling us food inflation is only 2%😅
They are all bioengineering foods.
That is why I always check the label at the back!!

My Aldi and Walmart no longer have been carrying their own brand of white sandwich bread and instead have "Bunny Bread" for about $2.50 a loaf. Has anyone else noticed this at their stores?

No I always find the cheap white bread $1.29 or so this week even. Have seen missing or delayed deliveries of bread when I wanted it, but usually there next trip.

Don’t eat any of the boxed processed crap. Milk cheese eggs meat and produce bread nuts fresh seafood. Anything in a box is super processed and preserved.
Just don’t buy cold cereal, coffee creamer, or certain items they make look like name brand food, they are horrible 🤮but good deal on organic strawberries 🍓, and I love there Italian bread loaf, and jams…
