I have bought a few of each, no regret at all. I have given a couple of them as a gift to family/friends and I think they are a bit niche but if people knew they'd rather have these than the regular console.
I really want those cores also. But man, the mister is the best video game system I have ever owned, hands down. Keep an eye on that new clone de10 nano if the cost is what is holding you back, they might be getting a lot more affordable soon.

Not too sure how doable it is, as it also came out on the PS2 and it seemed quite a demanding game even back then. P.S. Really surprised to hear about Jackie Chan: Fists of Fire as I've had so much fun playing that on Fightcade! 😎
CPS3 and Taito F3 are definitely the most exciting arcade cores coming to the MiSTer project right now. Many great titles will finally be available to those of us who don't own the original hardware. Some other (albeit less popular) cores I'd like to see someday include the Kaneko Super Nova, Sammy Seta Visco SSV, and Seibu SPI (Raiden Fighters!!), among many others. Thanks for the video!

Dungeon Magic on the Taito F3 is actually a beat-em-up, similar to Knights of the Round, King of Dragons, or the two D&D games. It's got branching paths and weapons you can find. It's really good.

First some sort of multiplayer online thing. Join to IP. Lobby's or something. Let's hope Dreamcast noime (arcade Dreamcast) can be implemented for MVC 2 and SNK vs Capcom 2. Wonder if they can import them to the PSX or Saturn or something. There was a vote for IGS PolyGame Master or cps3. cps 3 won. Whatever. SF 3 is a good game still. There probably going to do IGS PolyGame Master after some time. We just play some on final burn neo. another version of dodonpachi, demon front is awesome. some Japanese tittles i couldn't understand.
Considering how good the PSX implementation is on MiSTer, I would bite your arm off for a Namco System 11/12 core. I love the OG arcade version of Soul Calibur, but it runs at like 1.5x speed on MAME. Since Dreamcast is a no-go on MiSTer, this would be a godsend.
there are so many game that'd deserve to be ported on fpga .... just to react on some games you've mentioned - Rainbow island Extra is the same as the normal version, levels are in a different order - WWF Superstars is my favorite wrestling game, funnily, it's possible to play 2 players in the same team, start with only 1 player and once the game's started, push player 2 start - Bloody wolf on arcade is a terrible game, unlike the pcengine version who's great I really like sky kid DX, but I also really like the 1st version too and it includes some really great games on that system (such as metro cross !!) Namco system 86 would be great, indeed (Ishtar is a RPG, that can be played only by 2 players) Namco System 2 would definitly be a fantastic add on FPGA list, with games such as Rolling Thunder 2, Assault, Valkyrie no densetsu, and so many more .... Mystic warriors (same hardware includes great games, such as gaiapolis) a game I'd really like to see, but sadly, I doubt anyone would care to make a core for it (despite it's great) is Outfoxies, sort of ancestor of smash bros I agree about Taito F3, but Taito F1 and F2 include fantastic games too (still, some are playable on saturn core ...) same about Konami GX hardware, some fantastic games, but some are playable on saturn ... they're not well known, but they were very good games, arcade versions of Punch out and super Punch out were nice looking and funny games (arm wrestling shared the same hardware), they're very expensive on 2nd hand market, many pcb died because of battery leaks, they'd need to be displayed on 2 screens, I don't know how it is possible on a mister ? (maybe using a hdmi=>vga=>scart adapter ?) about your robocop 2 core suggestion, try Edward Randy, really a nice game !! Osman / Cannon Dancer would be great, really a fantastic game (like a modern strider) Sega System 32 (at least for Spiderman and Sonic ...) Sega System 24 (Crack down and gain ground are really good games) I could mention so many more .... I'm sure many of these will be ported someday ....

The MK games absolutely could work on MiSTer if a talented developer set his mind to it. Pramod gave up and made his announcement because he was pushing Mars.
Yeah, I also think there shouldn't be any hard insurmountable technical obstacles for these cores to be implemented, at least on Mister. The arcades' hardware is not very powerful and complex at all and pretty straight-forward, from what I gather.
@RetroRockGamer yes, I totally believe Pramod decided to withhold the Williams cores to release them for Mars. Not that it was a mister hardware issue. There is always a way to pipeline the timing to make the simulation work. That argument with PCN was totally b.s.
I think he has issues with latency/memory bandwidth, but maybe he's trying to make a perfect cycle-accurate core that isn't necessary for a good player experience. A decent fpga approach should be enough for most of us and much better than any computer emulator.
@@Jerurocycle-accuracy is wonderful, once there's a baseline implementation. Why the analogue pocket now received the baseline ref *is* the issue. If he can't finish it for MiSTer, then open it up for someone else to.
Hey, Mr. Ninja ❤ Quick Question System-1 games update My original Black Analogue pocket runs these games fine, My Glow in Dark Analogue Pocket plays the game but picture gets like old tv from 80’s where you need to move Rabbit Ears, picture gets worse more you play, SD card fine Outrun does this now on both Analogue Pocket
I recently tried getting one or two Arcade games on my Mister Multisystem, but all the written guides I come across are either outdated or unclear. I don't want my Mister to download the full library of games, just a select few. Would it be possible for you to make a video guide that explains how to filter which Arcade games get downloaded onto a Mister?
I got my Dual RAM set up based on that tweet too. I don't have any regrets though, as I got it through sponsorship, which I never would have looked into otherwise.
